Great selection of test switches and individual keycaps. Have had several great experiences using mechbox. Good for individuals new to mechanical keyboards wanting to test some stuff out at reasonable prices.

Since I am new in the Mechanical Keyboard world, I am looking for a couple of tester switches to see what kind of switches I really like (ie linear/tactile/clicky). While looking around, I found that Mechboxes sell different kinds of sample switches for a good price.

Because it is part-time work for Matt, I can understand that the dispatch time is a bit slower compared to a larger company. The company hour is a bit late, but again, it's understandable. His customer service is also top-notch. He usually replied in the same day and he is very helpful and patient.

Definitely will order more switches from Mechbox.

Orderd some Kailh Chocs as it actually was the only place where I could find them. Everything came fast and as described! Thanks a lot!

Ordered Chad switch springs. They’re every bit as unusable as was claimed. Couldn’t be happier.

Matt is a very friendly guy who was happy to help me out with a custom order when I was let down by another supplier. Excellent communication with prompt replies. Only place in the UK I could find Zelios switches. Everything is fairly priced. Will define buy from again.

Ordered a few cherry MX switches, few key caps etc. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Brilliant little place to get these slightly niche things.

I'm looking to build my own keyboard with the GMMK Pro coming out and after spending sometime watching videos/comparisons, I had narrowed down a selection of switches I'd like to try. Searching for sample kits to ensure I got something I wanted I found Mechbox!

The catalog is huge! The switch world truly is endless! I managed to bag the 4 switches I wanted and promptly put my order in and arrived 2 days after they shipped!

They arrived safe and secure, the bags were labelled since two of the switches were awfully similar in color but definitely different. The lid of the box was even signed with thanks, lovely touch that, made me smile! I even got a free quality sticker!

Amazingly fast delivery from this company - my purchase shipped the morning after I made the purchase (I made the purchase at ~23:00GMT) and it arrived two days later. Product arrived in whole and included a pretty high quality sticker for free. All 60 of the gateron greens arrived in good condition.

Edit: On later inspection, I found "cheers" written on the inside of the box, it's a little thing but gives me the impression that they care about good customer relations

I had a great service from Matt at Mechbox. I had bought the wrong switches and he couldn’t have been more helpful exchanging them. He offered a refund immediately, I then suggested an exchange. Serious business who cares about its customers. Will always buy my switches from there.
