Ordered a few times from Matt and everything has always been spot on. Order arrived quickly despite the message on the website saying that Matt was on holiday. Good quality products and massive selection of switches.

A site that lets you buy individual switches. Their customer service is amazing. My order first didn't arrive because of a mistake from the shipping company. Mechbox handled it quickly and even added some free switches to my order.

I've been trying to figure out which switch to upgrade to and Mechbox has been perfect. So much more choice than generic sample sets and it has a lot of premium switches available.
Saved me a lot of money by helping me realise I didn't like Glorious Pandas and that there really wasn't much between Kiwis and Durock T1s (that I could tell at least).
I've already been recommending work mates check out Mechbox.

Great service. A shame a few switches I wanted were out of stock but I'd have no concerns ordering from Matt again.
Delivery took a few days longer than expected but I'm sure that was due to Christmas pressure on the postal service.

I can actually get individual switches to test and some blank key caps for them - incredible.

After a super-fast delivery with my first order from Mechbox, there was a problem with my second order, which was likely lost by the courier. Mechbox responded promptly, sent out a replacement order with express delivery, and refunded me the shipping fees for the trouble, which was a really nice gesture. Now, that's what I call great customer service! Will be returning for more, especially since they uniquely offer the possibility to try out almost any Cherry MX mechanical switch that you can think of.

Was looking for somewhere that stocked switch samples, found it with Mechbox! Good selection of switches that helped me figure out what I wanted. Dispatch was quick and I appreciated the little thank you hand written on the inside of the box :) Will gladly shop here again in the future <3
