Does exactly what the website says, and does so perfectly. I bought a few switches and a switch tester, along with some Keycaps. Shipping was only £3 and took like 2 days.
No complaints whatsoever.

Excellent business. Recently ordered a couple of switch samples but forgot to add one to my order. I emailed Matt to request a cancellation, however he threw the sample in that I forgot to order, for free! Really great customer service, and fast delivery. Will definitely be using them again.

There's no substitute for testing a mechanical keyboard switch yourself. All the written reviews and YouTube videos in the world are useless without it. Mechbox makes it possible, and offers superb, responsive customer service!

If you’re in the UK and are in need of mechanical keyboard switches, Matt is your guy. A truly staggering range of switches available, including many I hadn’t even heard of. The service itself is great as well, quick dispatch and reasonable delivery costs. He’ll even refund you postage on an extra order that you made because you forgot to put keycaps in the first one (in my defence, I’m an idiot). First class service, you won’t regret using Mechbox.

Having somewhere you can buy small amounts of switches, especially ones that are quite expensive in bulk, just to test your preferences is very convenient. I'd definitely order from here again if I wanted to try more.

That being said having convenience in this hobby might not be good for your wallet ·:P

Mechbox stock a great range of switches and other parts - stuff that's hard to get in the UK, and all at reasonable prices. Delivery was also very quick, with the switches I ordered carefully wrapped. Will definitely get my next lot of switches from here.

So I decided I wanted new switches for my keyboard and I found this site. They were selling the kailh speed silver switches I wanted to try, so I thought why not buy them. When they arrived they felt great and were very responsive and were exactly what I wanted however, some switches had a certain pinging problem and it was very annoying. I contacted Mechbox about this problem and Matt was kind enough to send me a generous amount of replacement switches. The replacement switches don't have this problem. All in all a great experience ordering from this site and I would recommend anyone else who wants switches to order from this site as well.

Ordered all of my single-switch samples from Mechbox - have never had a single issue with them. Dispatch is always quick, and they always arrive in great condition.

Really useful service - it's so hard to get individual samples of mechanical keyboard switches, let alone some of the brands offered by Mechbox. And as others have said, the owner is really nice and helpful!
