Rebecca Dunn was absolutely fabulous. She worked extremely hard to find a mortgage for our 85 year old mother, not an easy task, and in constant communication to keep us appraised of the progress. I am based in California and she was happy to do calls with me after putting her kids to bed so that I could help our mother with the process.

I was a first time buyer and was recommended MEC Mortgages and the service was absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Michaela and I couldn't have asked for a better service. From the very first contact, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in every step of the process.

I really appreciated how she always went above and beyond to tailor the mortgage options to my specific needs, ensuring I was getting the best deal possible. From the first phone call, it really felt like Rebecca really cared about doing her best for me. She guided me through the initial stages, and has checked in regularly all the way to completion. The process seemed so simple and stress free, for which I am really grateful.

Viraj has been helpful right from the very beginning and explained the process of buying a property and exactly what would be required from us. Even though our mortgage application required extra documents due to the nature of my husbands work, Viraj was patient throughout (he even had to run our AIP again as the first one expired but he did this without any hassle at all). We were kept informed about our application at each stage from beginning to end.
