Viraj is just brilliant...simple as that! He understood our needs which were pretty bespoke and he found us great rates and options. Then helped put a case forward for our remortgage and finally he took care of the whole process from application to mortgage offer, legals and survey wherever he could! He kept in communication at all times.

I've had quite a few mortgage advisors in the past and none beat Viraj for knowledge, easy to get on with, hard work and results!

Viraj was amazing we ended up on a SVR costing us loads Viraj did our mortgage so effectively efficiently it got done before our second payment was due defo worth using them they are the best!!

With both applicants being self employed plus one of us being a student too, it wasn't a straight forward application but Rebecca went above and beyond to get us our mortgage. I would highly recommend Viraj Jadfa. Over the past several years he has helped sort out many mortgages for myself, some of which have been very complicated applications. He has always been professional, excellent at communicating and extremely patience in handling my applications. In fact, when the lender had lowered their rates he resubmitted my applications without hesitation. I highly recommend Viraj Jadfa. I have complete several new applications and remortgages with Viraj over the past 5 years. He is absolutely brilliant. However complex some of our purchases has been, he has always found a solution or two to get us through completion. What i find most useful and peace of mind with Viraj is, I never have to worry about mortgage term end dates. He always have it under control and informs me months in advance and take all the action needed to makesure we never end up with an SVR rate.
There has been several times where we have received an offer and the rates has further dropped, he never hesitate for a second to reapply and go through the whole process again. He always puts his clients interest first.

My husband and I, were recommended to Rebecca by a friend, and we are over the moon that we were. Rebecca has helped us through our whole journey as first time buyers as a family of six we were skeptical as to whether purchasing a house was even a possibility, especially as my husband is self employed, but Rebecca guided us in a caring and professional way always their ready to answer any of our questions (there were quite a few questions aswell) and always keeping us up to date with progression of our move. Michaela was brilliant, always there for us when we had questions and were confused.
