Mec-medical have been great but Mandy Steadman is amazing and has now a fantastic job and assisted me so much in getting my claim processed authorised.

Dealing directly with AXA is a nightmare,
so I only go through mec-medical now and Mandy Steadman does a fantastic job of overseeing our claims and getting the correct authorisations in place.

Dealing with MEC I have always found them to be very professional and helpful, Lisa simmonds who I dealt with today couldn’t have been more helpful she explained the process and made me feel assured that things would be dealt with asap…. Pleasant personality makes all the difference.

I’ve in particular I’ve had so much support from Nina, Fiona, Nina and Mandy; they are a credit to the company and their role.

Fiona at MEC is absolutely amazing - super efficient, really organised and really reassuring to talk to. She has been really helpful in guiding me through the process of scheduling appointments, etc. She's also just lovely to talk to and really excellent at her job so every time I need to make a call, if she's the one on the phone I know I'm in good hands.
