I have my private health insurance through my work with Axa where medical expenses consulting UK act as a 5 star intermediary making everything so simple for me and have always helped me with all my queries, concerns and issues…. After using there services a few times now one person in particular certainly sticks out to always going above and beyond always with a friendly voice, Mandy Steadman who certainly provides this 5 star service would highly recommend both.

Mandy Steadman at Mec Medical has been outstanding in her customer service. I had a very traumatic case that needed to be sorted urgently, with my previous insurer being appalling in trying to help.

Mandy dealt with my claim, efficiently, professionally and with such care, understanding the emotional turmoil this has brought to me over the last few weeks.

My case is now going in the right direction, under the appropriate care and cover.

They are very professional, friendly and respond quickly thereby reducing the stress in the process. Where there are issues between the health insurer and care provider they work between the parties to resolve the issue for us and I cannot say how grateful I am to have this team on myside. I called with an urgent medical problem and got through to Mandy Steadman who worked through all the details of my request and quickly advised how to move forward at pace. She followed up several days later to make sure I got the authorisation in time for an appointment the next day. She cared about my issue which was such a relief as I’m 3 weeks post partum and really needed help.

With complex medical problems, I really need to be able to access help and information quickly and MEC are first-class. Mandy has been fantastic in providing guidance and exceptional care throughout my many (and sometimes lengthy!) requests over the years. She is knowledgeable, attentive and goes the extra mile. Since my husband has become very ill during the last year, Mandy has been there for both of us, via both email and at the end of the telephone, explaining how things work and making sure we understand, she is friendly and excellent at her job. Mandy Steadman is extremely helpful, understanding and compassionate when dealing with my claim.
