It's over a week for delivery. Not 48 hours. And it's because they don't dispatch for days!!!

They say 48 hour delivery. Wrong!
They give a timer when ordering. "Orfer within X amount of time for next day dispatch" Wrong!
Second order from them, same both times.
Never using them again.
It's been a week and still not here.

I'm sure that they will blame royal mail.
Fact is, they don't even dispatch for days.

Dear James,

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent Medbasic order.

We have contacted you via email and waiting for your response.

It is true that Royal Mail has announced numerous strikes and this is preventing us from doing a good job as we have announced on the website.

After looking into your case we can see that you ordered your parcel on 24 November when the strike was announced for the 24th and 25th. This is why we sent your parcel on Monday. As it turns out, during the strikes priority is given to tracked 24 parcels, so tracked 48 parcels are even more delayed and we have no control over this.

Although numerous strikes have also been announced for December, they are beyond our control and we as a company are affected. As compensation, we refunded your shipping costs as an apology for the late delivery.

Please accept our apologies, we also want the package to reach you as soon as possible. I hope you now understand why it was not sent on the same day - we simply did not have the possibility.
We try to do our best to deliver packages on time, however, there are situations where we are powerless.

Best website to order from

I was not sure if I am doing the right thing, but everything I ordered was correct and was delivered next day(i paid for next day tracked delivery).
I am overall quite happy and would recommend it to anyone who is in needs of medical supplies
