I strongly recommend! It was an amazing experience with Mr Tacim.
He was super friendly and he solved our problem in minutes. We wanted to buy a wash-machine for laundry. The model we wanted in LG was not in display, but there was only 1 in stocks. We couldn't find it. Finally Tacim gave us the good news, he found it in the back storage. We bought it. We got 5 years warranty also. Tacim explained where the pick up location is, he is super smart and polite. He also helped me with several other products, cooler and electronics.
He was very kind to offer me charge for my phone and tablet, because my tablet died, I couldn't get my mediamarkt account, he quickly solved my issue. He is a super star. Very solution oriented. He brings perfect solutions every issue.

Two deliveries containing 3 TV’s, one still hasn’t arrived, one had to be returned to the nearest store as the screen was faulty.
Zero effort from Mediamarkt not even a contact number on the website to speak to a customer service representative.

"Terrible service
"Terrible service. Took 30 minutes for anyone to help me in purchasing a TV. Went to an area saying service point where a man was doing nothing and asked for help. He just pointed at someone else. Didn’t even speak. One person said she would check if the TV was in stock. She came back later saying had I been seen as she went for her break. I purchased a TV and found I'd been charged for a 3 year warranty I did not ask for at 84 euros extra. Probably the worst shopping experience I have had."
