terrible experience
MediaMarkt sold me MS software. The key was sent by a regular post! The key doesn't work. To get my money back I need to visit their office!!!! it's far.
PS1 the issue is "This product key isn't meant for your region." and Microsoft couldn't help. very-very bad.
PS2 I was invited to resolve the problem to Media Markt Suisse SA, 1217 Meyrin. I'm near Brugg AG. 3 h 15 min by car one way :)

Fake "zero" financing and "zero" costs
Bought a TV and there was a "zero" financing promo
if I wanted to activate the mediamarkt card, which i was also told it was free activation and zero costs.
Next thing I know is 10 CHF extra with every payment.
If i wanted to pay in 10 payments that would have amounted to a massive 8% on top of the goods purchased.
I will pay in a unique solution whatever is left and never spend a CHF with this company again.

Horrible customer experience. Delivery called off at last minute. Bought a pair of studio speakers online since they committed to a delivery date that was earlier than their competitors. Today, on the day of scheduled delivery, nothing arrived. Instead, I got an email at 18:00 saying that the product won't be delivered until further notice due to 'high demand'. How come they only know this on the evening of the day they are supposed to deliver the product? Horrible experience, they don't have their processes right. Also, called hotline twice, call was answered (means I am
being charged) but noone answered. I want my money back and feel
