S25 Ultra Titanium is broken.
Contract over two years, but without insurance.
Because of an 360 degrees protection bought in the internet, there should not be a need to buy any insurance on top.
An expansive prize, is for sure, if the customer buys the newest Galaxy, but it was worth it.
A new phone, which was the best phone, with the best software, the customer ever has had before!
But using the original Samsung panzerfolie, which was part of the original bought Galaxy S25 Ultra Titanium silverblue bundle, was the biggest mistake, the customer did.
The Titanium Phone with 360 degrees protection has been fallen to the ground once.
Remember that even water cannot attack the hardware or the software of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Titanium silverblue. The customer even tried it, in the water of his bathroom, before taking a bath.
After three or four times, asking for a solution to solve the problem, with the broken display of the smartphone, I decided to write these words.
Even spoked with the head of the service center of media market Paderborn.
Even told him, that I had have worked there before. He has joined there later.
Even told him, that I have had bought a Samsung television, a Samsung laptop as well as the Samsung Galaxy 6, 7 Edge, S 8, 9+, Sony Earbuds (Saturn Paderborn/Kamp Libori Galery) and furthermore, products from the brand Samsung as well as from the company from Ingolstadt, which is the company, he is still working for.
Still being a small customer for this huge company in the Südring Shopping Mall in Paderborn on the adress of Pholweg 110.
Noone told me about the garantee or anything else to get a solution, which could be fair for both sides.
The market with its expansive product on the one hand, and the customer with his broken phone on the other hand.
They told me to pay 40€ first, to pay about 300€ later, for the repair of a new Samsung Smartphone, which was paid before.
After I paid it once, I had to pay monthly, because of the contract, which is over 50€ monthly.
Lasting two years, but the phone is younger than one year.
Of course there is no need to repair the phone for free, but they could have given a try to get a new S25 Ultra from the company Samsung or fix the problem by offering any solution to the customer.
Because of the gurantee of the 1500 Euro Phone!
They pulled of the original panzerfolie from the manufacturer, while talking to the customer.
Under any circumstances there hasn't been a question, whether they were allowed to pull it off or not.
"NO", would have has been the answer of the question, never asked from the service center workers, because of the protection, which is still given by any broken glass display, so do not pull it off.
Noone would ever pull it off, except the person, who has to repair the broken display. But there was no solution and the customer did not pay 40€, to give a try to repair the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Titanium silverblue!
Now without the panzerfolie, the two or three cm long crush, turned into a longer one over the whole display, but it is not possible to proof this fact anymore!
Only the security cameras, which are able to zoom sharper than a japanese knife, could show the mistake, done by the beautiful female service center point worker.
They only offered to pay 40€ to loose the phone without any solution for the time, the S25 Ultra Titanium silverblue, is in repair.
Moreover the customer will get a new bill over about 300€ or even more Euro for the repair of the Galaxy smartphone.
Furthermore there only was a small problem with the hardware of the phone on the front of the display, still protected by the original Panzerfolie of the bundle, bought in the media market Paderborn.
The panzerfolie, which is definetly to thin, to protect the heavy wheight of the most expansive phone, which was ever bought by the customer, is the worst protection of a 1500€ phone, the customer has ever seen before.
This problem is made by the Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., adressed 129 Samsung-ro, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-Si, 16677, because noone would ever sell a low budget Panzerfolie in a 1500€ bundle.
Could it be, that they have sold a low quality thin Panzerfolie, although they know, that the heavy wheight of the S25 Ultra, is to heavy to make sure that, there is a secure protection.
In case of falling down, from the height of your hand, while using the phone, it is clear that there will be the destruction of the display.
In addition to this point, we all remember murphy's Law!
It predicts, what will happen in the case of a fall out of the hand to the ground.
Alright, but I still believe in a fair solution for the contract, which was written.
As the customer I suppose, there will be the possibility to find a solution, which is suitable for the media market Paderborn and Samsung Electronics as well.

Unfortunately, I have to give one star due to very poor service.
I ordered a washing machine at the end of November 2025. A few days later, I requested a return. The item was picked up on December 11, 2026, but to this day I have still not received my refund.
I have been calling almost every day and opening online support tickets, but there has been no real response or progress. For nearly two months, I keep receiving the same message: “Please wait for the next 24 hours.” This repeats over and over again, with no resolution.
At this point, I am seriously considering contacting a lawyer, as I should have received my refund within 14 days by law.
How much longer am I expected to wait? Another two months? A year? Or will I ever get my money back at all?
This was my first purchase from Midmarket, and it has been an absolutely horrible experience.

Stay away from Media Markt Marketplace.
External sellers mostly try to cheat, do not accept cancellations, and lie.
Delivery refused twice by myself with DHL, they still continue to send the item, insist you take it and they write phantasy emails, like you gave a wrong address .Phone: nobody replies.
In short: a big scam!

I recently purchased a dehumidifier directly from the MediaMarkt online store, not from their marketplace, specifically to avoid third‑party issues. During checkout, I selected the Uber delivery option, which was clearly available and confirmed in my order.
To my surprise, MediaMarkt unilaterally changed the delivery method to DHL and then claimed that I hadn’t selected Uber at all. This is simply not true. Now I’m forced to wait longer, with no possibility to change the delivery back to what I originally chose.
Their proposed “solution” was for me to place a new order, but they refused to return my gift card balance immediately. So essentially, I would have to pay twice and wait for them to refund me whenever they decide. That’s not a solution, it’s an inconvenience entirely caused by their own mistake.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a major retailer. Amazon is leading this market for a reason: I’ve never had such a combination of broken promises, shifting blame, and failure to deliver what is advertised.
MediaMarkt needs to take responsibility for their errors instead of pushing the consequences onto customers.
