Delivery dste was not as promised. I need to waste hours and nerves to define who is responsible for this because my order wasn’t processed 6 days (

I purchased a Samsung Ring, the battery lost 80% capacity in 8 months. Impossible to find customer support, finally when I did, they said Saturn is responsable.

What did Saturn say? Not responsable. Too bad.

I will NEVER purchase another product from Saturn again, ZERO protection against suppliers who sell faulty products.

The package is damaged, but inside is good, and shipping is well

They deliver the product on wrong address even after telling them on the phone and requesting them to cancel it but they didn’t. And the stores employees are also not supportive. The app and website everything is discriminatory, nothing is in English everything is in German.

NEVER BUY FROM SATURN! Save yourself from this TRAUMA!

Saturn is rudely incompetent. All answers in customer support look automatic, without any personalization whatsoever. No problems being solved, customers request are ignored, left unread, time wasted.

I visited in the last 1 week 3 different saturn and Mediamarkts, it was so hard to ask anything to someone... And when I came to your saturn, the worker had so good interessed with me. You didnt have the exact computer that I wanted but he didnt just say (like in other centers) "no we dont have", he gave me information about similar computers, and respected my choices, and it was so satisfying at the end when I bought...

Had good advice and help from the person I asked about a new mobile 'phone. Both he and the lady at the check-out were very friendly and helpful.

Shopping at Saturn, Berlin Alexander Platz was a pleasure thanks to Konrad (Conny). He listened attentively, explained and showed me what devices and options from which to choose and why. He answered all questions patiently and in an easy-to understand language while conveying an infectious passion for the digital world which made the encounter a rewarding and motivating experience. What fine customer service! Thank you Conny.

I recommend it for the good advice I received, for the efficiency and also for the quick financing option.

When all these shops have left is the impact on customer service, and they do that in a negative way, then what is the point of them. When Feierabend 30min before they close is the central question of their existence then take a Feierabend for good. When one is met with a shrug of the shoulders, they could do that at home. I have absolutely no sympathy for them when they find themselves waiting for their turn in the Abeitsamt/job center

Wenn von all diesen Geschäften nur noch die Auswirkungen auf den Kundenservice übrig bleiben, und sie das auf negative Weise tun, was ist dann der Sinn von ihnen? Wenn der Feierabend, 30 Minuten bevor sie schließen, die zentrale Frage ihrer Existenz ist, dann nehmen sie besser gleich Feierabend. Wenn man mit einem Achselzucken empfangen wird, sollten sie das zu Hause tun. Ich habe absolut kein Mitgefühl für sie, wenn sie sich im Arbeitsamt/Jobcenter in die Schlange stellen müssen.

I’m writing this to warn anyone thinking about using the Saturn Marketplace because my experience has been an absolute nightmare. This is actually the second time in just one month that I’ve had major delivery issues with international third-party sellers on this platform, and Saturn does absolutely nothing to fix these recurring problems. Back on January 15th, I followed the seller's instructions to return a €239.95 device, paying for the Hermes shipping out of my own pocket and providing the tracking immediately. Even though German law clearly states that the retailer carries the shipping risk for returns, e-mediaweb spent weeks stalling. After a long back-and-forth, they finally promised me in writing on February 9th that they would issue a refund as soon as the loss was "proven." Well, today Hermes officially confirmed in writing that the parcel is unfindable and I have already filed the official loss report they requested.
​Despite having all the proof and their own written promise, the seller is still refusing to pay, claiming they need more time for "internal investigations." What’s even worse is Saturn’s total lack of accountability. I have reached out to Saturn support multiple times, but they have done absolutely nothing to intervene or protect my rights. It seems Saturn is happy to take your money and host these unreliable sellers, but won't lift a finger when they ignore the law and break their word. This has gone beyond a simple delay; it’s a complete violation of consumer rights. I am now forced to take this public and resolve it through a bank chargeback. Save yourself the stress and buy somewhere else.

Third class saturn buggers selling faulty hinges ideapad5 lenovo 4th class laptops for 1300 Euros. Will never trust nor shop with you. Shame on you for cheating unsuspecting customers.

DHL Delivered tye printer at Post Filliale, they didn't event attempt to deliver it at my address.
Regarding the functionality of the printer, will make a review after using it.

The monitor came broken. The screen is damaged. Really disappointed.

I placed an order on November 27 (Order #7759).
The product (Barrel Smoker™ – Premium) still shows “status unknown”, and I have not received any tracking information.
The shipping protection is marked as delivered on December 26, but the actual product has not been delivered.
I have contacted customer support and am currently waiting for clarification.
I will update this review once the issue is resolved.
