It’s been almost a month since I ordered my e-bike from Saturn, and I still haven’t received it despite a clearly promised delivery date.
There was no shipping confirmation, no communication about any delay, and customer service has either been unresponsive or extremely slow to reply. I was also charged €40 for shipping, even though I would have gladly picked it up at a local store in Munich if that option had been available.
What’s even more frustrating: their product review feature doesn’t work it just shows an error message every time. I have screenshots about broken review and help sections.
Overall, this has been my worst online shopping experience so far. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Saturn based on this.

The Most useless Client Support ever, my Card was compromised and somehow I was charged by Saturn 1.4K Euros, I wrote to the Support asking to cancel the order or remove my card and they said that I need to go to police and report a fraud and they cannot cancel the order because the information is not complete and it is against GDPR. They seem not to care how customers are paying for the goods…

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you do not speak German its better not to go in store. I order a phone online with Financing and went to pick up at the store. The employee at the pickup asked me if I speak German, to which I said no. (I just finished A2 and still not confident in speaking) the just said its not possible to give me the phone because the financing information needs to be communicated in German and walked away. After repeatedly asking him to show me where it is mentioned that German language is a requirement and asking for a manager. He finally said a colleague of his will help me in English. When I asked him why did he say before it was not possible. he kept on shouting that I need to wait.
The Manager Chris was unhelpful. I told him what happened with the help of an employee who spoke English. After hearing my complaint. He just said sorry and walked away.

I am absolutely appalled by the atrocious and deceptive customer service I have experienced with MediaMarkt/Saturn. After purchasing the SONY WH-1000XM4 headphones and facing an issue where they suddenly stopped charging, I submitted them for repair under warranty. However, after weeks of waiting, I was informed via email that the issue was not covered by warranty and that I would be required to pay an outrageous 110 Euros for a simple circuit repair. To add insult to injury, I am also being charged an additional 40 Euros just for "transportation and inspection costs" if I decide not to go through with the repair.
This is nothing short of a scam! These hidden charges should have been disclosed to me up front, not sprung on me after weeks of waiting. To withhold my property unless I pay these extortionate fees is unacceptable and highly unethical. The fact that you are now holding my headphones, which are worth 249.99 Euros, hostage unless I pay an inflated sum, speaks volumes about the predatory practices you are engaging in.
I strongly condemn the fraudulent and manipulative tactics you are using under the guise of "customer service." This is a blatant attempt to extract money from customers who trust your company. I expect an immediate resolution to this matter, or I will take further action to ensure my rights as a consumer are respected.

Someone in my hotel didn’t accept the package from DHL and my package was sent back to Saturn without my information and confirmation. So you did a payback for me even I called/mailea several times. I don’t think to do shopping again from Saturn

I bought the dishwasher with 30€ delivery fee + 30€ installation fee. When delivery guys came, they refused to install the machine since they told that me asking to swap one plastic part while installing the machine is not part of their service. They made me sign a paper that says they installed the machine, so I can't ask my money back. They said that I haven't bought a "premium" installation but "komfort" installation, although in their papers it clearly says "premium" they installed nothing. I asked twice what does "premium" in the papers mean. They said nothing.
You are a scam. And you should not ask for installation fee if your workers don't install anything. If people pay 30€ for you to just put the power plug on the wall, you're just a big scammer."

My experience is very bad. The delivery was 3rd Jan and i got my paket on 10th Jan and that also with many follow up call and requesr to your team. Its better to buy from Amazon. If delivery got late Amazon give the product free, can i get same from Satrun?

Dear Saturn Customer Service,
On november 20th, I purchased a washing machine and a dryer for my new home. I was informed that both products would be delivered and installed on December
2nd, and this was carried out as promised. Two technicians arrived on December
2nd and installed the products. While the dryer was installed without any issues, a serious problem occurred with the washing machine.
Only 3 minutes after the technicians left, I noticed that one of the washing machine's hoses was left open, which caused water to flood half of my home. I immediately recorded videos documenting the situation, which I can provide as evidence. When I visited the Saturn center, I was told that the issue was not related to us but was the responsibility of the installation company. However, I believe that Saturn was responsible for sending the installation company, and this is therefore an issue for Saturn.
Upon returning home, I discovered that the wooden flooring had been damaged due to the water, and I also found an issue with the electrical circuit of the dishwasher located next to the washing machine. I reported this, but I was told that I would receive an email with further instructions. Now, over 35 days have passed, and no action has been taken. My dishwasher is still broken, and my kitchen surfaces have been damaged by the water. I have not received any update regarding the washing machine either.
I expect immediate action to resolve this situation and request a prompt response.

Extremely rude and clueless Customer Service. No t just they do not how to solve Customer's problems, but they would disconnect in the middle of the chat. Placed an order in the Saturn market on 30 Nov. It has been over 10 days, no delivery. Since last 5 days, every day I get a message that Order will be delivered today. Nothing yet.
Every day, Customer Service would say please write back if Order is not delivered in 48 Hours. So I did. And now this.
Here is the last chat from Customer Service. I speak decent German and the conversation took place in German too.
