What really caught my attention was the knowledgeable and friendly staff they have. But the whole experience was not the best for me. I noticed that some products were slightly higher priced compared to other store that I quickly checked with a fast google search. So my advice is shop here, but check others before buy

Bought a tablet at Saturn REIN Arcade and was offered a “special deal” that included unnecessary insurance to boost the salesperson’s commission. The actual price of the tablet was lower than what I was charged. Even when confronted, the salesperson wasted time creating new bills, and Saturn never addressed my complaints despite multiple attempts. The tablet is fine, but the experience was misleading and frustrating.

I wanted to avoid ordering everything from amazon, but will surely not use Saturn ever again.
For more than a week I have been trying to make Saturn customer service send me a return label, so I can return a defect item. I have filled in the form in their portal twice and written several emails - but still they are unable to send me the return label. Pure incompetence - at amazon it's just a single click.
Update: after receiving a reply from Saturn here in trustpilot, I replied to the email address provided and … didn’t hear back from them 🥲

Our dishwasher, which is still under warranty, broke down over a month and a half ago. Since then, dealing with Saturn's customer service has been a complete nightmare. We've been met with a new excuse every single day, and it has become painfully obvious that they have no intention of fixing or replacing our appliance.
This level of service is unacceptable. For a family with a newborn, not having a working dishwasher is more than an inconvenience; it's a daily struggle. A warranty should provide peace of mind, but Saturn has used it as a tactic to delay and frustrate. We are beyond disappointed and will not be shopping with them again. I strongly recommend others order from a company like Amazon, where a single phone call is usually all it takes to resolve an issue.

On August 22, my friends and I experienced racial discrimination at Saturn Spandau Arcaden. A Google employee working with Saturn approached us and, without reason, questioned why we were testing phones and even asked if we could afford them.
For the following two hours, the Saturn team refused to share the employee’s ID number, and no one attempted to de-escalate the situation. When the police finally arrived, the store manager, appeared and immediately told the police we were lying and that we were not welcome in his store.
The handling of this incident by the entire Saturn team was disgraceful and deeply unprofessional. I cannot recommend shopping at this branch!!!

On July 9, 2025, I ordered a Nothing Phone 3a through a promotional discount for €305 from the online shop, with in-store pickup. According to the order confirmation, it should have been ready for pickup in the store on July 16, 2025. I paid in advance via PayPal.
When the phone still hadn’t arrived by July 16, 2025, I called customer service using the number provided in the emails. I was told that the phone hadn’t been shipped yet, but would be on its way soon. A few days later, I called again, and this time they told me it was already on its way and should arrive in the next few days.
After waiting a few more days, I went to the Saturn store on July 23, 2025, to check on the status of my order. There, a lady at the online service counter explained to me that the phone was neither on its way nor available in the online warehouse. I then asked if they had the phone or a similar model in the store, and she directed me to the phone department.
After I explained my situation to the gentleman in the phone department, he looked up my order and ordered the phone from their local warehouse. However, he then explained to me that since I had paid for the phone in advance with a discount, I would have to cancel the original order and would no longer be entitled to the discount.
I find this situation very unfair: on the one hand, I was misled with false information for over a week, and in the end, I’m supposed to pay extra – all because of Saturn’s mistakes.

I ordered the Sage Barista Express on 26th of June with expected delivery date of 1st of July. We didn't receive any updates ever since, regarding our order.
3/7/2025 - called customer service with promise to receive update, nothing
8/7/2025 - visited Saturn in Frankfurt for support in person, colleagues tried their best, no updates afterwards
10/7/2025 - called again customer support, this time they said they left an urgent notice and the store needs to respond in 24h, no response
12/7/2025 - called customer support again, no resolution besides saying it will be shipped 'soon'
At this point we do not trust this delivery system and would prefer to pick it up from a nearby Saturn store, but the colleagues weren't able to help with this either. We will soon be leaving the country for holidays and our coffee machine is nowhere to be found.
Extremely unprofessional and complete lack of communication and updates from such a big corporate.

Friendly and helpful
The woman in the store with the washers and dryers was very helpful in explaining some of the different features and pros and cons of the different models - even though she didn't speak good English and I only know a few words in German, she worked hard to make sure she understood my needs.
The gentleman in the television department also helped me get a good deal on a great TV.
The delivery crew who came later to install the appliances also worked through a language barrier to make sure things were installed the way I wanted them and to be sure I understood how to use them.

I had only a good experience. I bought a monitor and did not like it, but I returned it with no issues.
Bought another one online and received it very quickly.
They have their own brands like PEAQ, with solid products at low prices.
Tons of products to check offline (at least in Berlin). So highly recommended.

I returned a Lenovo laptop to Saturn Koblenz on May 21st. According to DHL tracking, the device was received and registered by the market.
Despite repeated emails and confirmation from customer service that the return was acknowledged, I have still not received my refund. It has now been two weeks!
Customer service either ignores my requests or promises to "check" the refund but never gives a clear answer or timeline.
The delay is causing me unnecessary stress and financial difficulties.
Saturn’s process is totally non-transparent and not customer-friendly.
I would not recommend buying expensive electronics from them if you expect a reliable return and refund process.
Because of this delay, I cannot purchase a new laptop, which affects my work and daily life. Saturn shows no understanding for their customers' situation.
Please avoid Saturn and choose a more responsible retailer!
