Easy to find what I want and delivery is always fast. When I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing they were very helpful. They are my preferred supplier for our GP surgery.

I have used this service for 6 years and I have experienced excellent customer service. If items are out of stock they will communicate regularly when the stock is available. The delivery drivers are very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service
Great customer service, always happy to help with any query I've had. Products are always delivered super fast, always updated on shipment. All items are fairly priced. I will continue doing my weekly orders with them :)

We ordered from Medical supermarket for a while and is great pleasure to order from them.
It is great to see how many of a particular item is in stock and know that the whole order will be delivered. Even the some items are out of stock they back to stock very quickly and is delivered very soon.
The staff have been very helpful and their range of products is excellent.
