I tried a number of times to do enter my Part B request online and it kept timing out. Why?? I had to do it twice because I had to rush and didn’t get a chance to enter the correct info. It’s a nice feature if I’m not under the gun to finish data entry. It was ridiculous.

Questions were answered and a recommendation was offered that met my needs.

Agent was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Spoke clearly, knowledgle on Medicare, he was straight forward, very, very organized. He made it simple, easy to understand the difference in plans. Not a not a nightmare.

I like how I can sign up for Medicare only but please put the title in
Social Security Admin. from Medicare only. The confirm letter.
I thought I was signed up for both and I only wanted Medicare. A phone call later confirmed I did it right but the start date they got wrong.

The rules and regulations for Medicare Part A, Part B, Part C, Part D, and Part G (no E or F?) are OVERLY CONVOLUTED AND COMPLEX!
Medicare USA took the time to explain the benefits of each type of plan so we could choose the best plans for our needs.

My agent answer all my questions. He explained in detail about my medication and covers. He also gave me options to choose which plan I wanted.

Enrollment has been easy and a learning experience.

Called twice, on hold 30 minutes first time, an hour second time, then disconnected. I changed my name at April 11th appointment. I received my Social security card, but need Medicare card. Medicare told me last week they can’t send new card because social security hasn’t notified them of name change. Social security said they aren’t required to notify them. Someone, please help me!!! I have upcoming Doctor appointments, and need card with name correctly on it.
