I felt well cared-for during my entire time with Medigo. They were in nearly constant contact during the preparation time, and when I changed clinics at the last minute, they didn't bat an eyelash. They were very helpful to me in getting professional evaluations of the doctors I was considering using.

BEWARE OF USING HOSPITALS ABROAD
I am 44 years old, I paid to have a tubal ligation reversal in Tunisia back in September 2018. It took a while to save the money and due to my age it was something that had to be done pretty quickly. So after having all my tests done in the UK to make sure my partner and I could still conceive we used a company medigo as a go between for this hospital. We flew to Tunisia on the Friday I was booked into the hospital for the Monday. I had my procedure done Tuesday morning I was in surgery for 2. 5 hours. While I was in recovery the surgeon told my partner that it went well was successful and my tubes were open and we could try for a child after my 2nd cycle. So we tried and month after month nothing just kept getting extremely heavy periods & clotting. So after 4 months I asked my doctors if they would do a test to check as I had this horrible gut feeling they were not rixed. I went for a hsg and just like I thought my fallopian tubes we're still completely blocked. I was devastated. Not only had I spent time money travelling there and disappointment every month to actually have it confirmed that they either did not do the surgery and just opened me up or they made it worse or bodged it up. That's it for me now there is no way I will ever have a child me and my partner so desperately wanted they have took it away from us. So my advice would be stay clear of cheap surgery and especially this hospital as finding a solicitor who can represent you will be difficult because of jurisdiction. I am not giving up they will not get away with what they have done to us, they have took away our hopes of being parents together It's caused my partner and I extrem stress, and upset. I am trying to seek help from houses of Parliament to see if they can do anything. Even if I got my money refunded I'd be not happy but able to possibly take the ivf route before its to late.
Medigo needs to look further into the kind of hospitals they advertise for.
Never again will I trust in anyone like this or the clinique pasture tunis. I've wrote to the clinique and they have not responded but it was just what I expected.

Someone from medigo finally contacted me, asking me for extra information which I sent and still waiting for a response from them.

I got a call from medigo they told me they were having a telephone call with the hospital and they would be back in touch as I have had a report from my gp showing there is no change to my tubes so I now have proof the operation was not successful and the burnt ends of my tubes are still Present. This call was over a week ago and after 8 days I still have not had a response from either of them after numerous emails.

Very up front and proactive during the entire process. Very easy tp work with, they were never pushy nor tried to upsell additional services.
The dental provider I settled on was excellent, I never would have found them on my own. The entire trip including dental work, lodging and airfare was about half of what I would have paid in the stated for the root canals and crowns alone. Several friends have requested MEDIGO contact information and I willingly provided it. Would not hesitate to use again.

Bunion Surgery in Poland
I approached Medigo after discovering I would wait up to 18 months on the NHS. Medigo got me various quotes from different countries. I opted for Carolina Medical Center in Warsaw. From the start, it was a professional service, answering any queries I had and providing adequate advice and information so I could make an informed decision on which clinic would provide the best service. The quote received was pretty much exactly the same as I paid. They confirmed my flights and accommodation and even gave me directions to the clinic. I dealt with Jennifer who was absolutely lovely. Should I ever be in a similar situation again, I would approach Medigo, I'd recommend this company for anyone considering surgery abroad.

Outstanding.
Going to the dentist can be a daunting experience for some, even more so when you are travelling outside of your home country. However MEDIGO, and more specifically Jessica Gamper (my case manager), made this process incredibly easy.
She was able to find me a number of different clinics in Hungary and provided different quotations for me to choose from. Not only that, she liaised with the clinic on my behalf at any time I requested it, and helped find accommodation for me in Budapest (through the clinic).
She also checked in on me from time to time after my treatment, which meant a lot, and every single email or call I received from her was incredibly polite and courteous.
I hope no one ever has to be in a position where they need to go for dental treatment, but if you do, ask Jessica at MEDIGO to sort everything for you. I really can't rate the service she provides highly enough.

Medigo connected me with Bcare medical centre in Bangkok. Do not go there! While I was still in hospital I got charged a extra $1,200 AUS, which was not quoted. My breast lift was done through my aerola and my aerolas are now different sizes. Dr Anuchit was the surgeon. The Russian lady Dr ELENA who is not allowed to practise in Thailand was very annoyed with me for asking for a breakdown of bill, I also had to leave hospital a day earlier. I was then just put in a random cab off the street and sent to my hotel.
I wrote a email to medigo and did not get a response.
I felt medigo were making excuses for what happened at Bcare medical centre .
All in all a very traumatic and upsetting expierence.
