Great job by Dillon, very professional.

Best detailers I’ve come across. I’ve been using Medusa for the last few months for maintenance washes on my black RS3 (which gets dirty quite quickly) and have to say they always do such a good job, especially with the light coloured interior - which looks almost as good as new now!

Overall amazing quality and best customer service I’ve experienced from a detailing company.

Great service all round. I was lucky, one of their technicians had a cancellation so was able to come to me immediately. He was really friendly and helpful and did a great job. I’m very pleased with results and would definitely recommend them.

Leo did an unreal job detailing the interior of my car! I went for the Triton Superior Package with the seats & carpet shampoo add-on, and I have to say, I was completely satisfied and seriously impressed with the results. The inside of my car looks brand new!!

Not only was Leo efficient, but he also took his time to ensure the highest quality finish. The attention to detail was next level. I want to give a huge thank you to the whole team at Medusa Auto Detailing for their outstanding service. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience- do not trust these people!! I paid for very expensive end of lease detail, prices the same as everyone else in my area…they left the car on during the 4 hour clean and drained the battery, and then D*** couldn’t restart the car with jump leads (had old wrong ones) so once AA came and sorted the car out thankfully, we were charged from leasing company for a warning light that came on because of the jump start. Thank you D***! All in all it was £350 with all the faff and the car was not cleaned properly, nothing behind the seats or headrests….and then I was spoken to very rudely and ignored by management when I tried to speak to them about it. Cheers guys- truly awful service 👍

The two guys that came to clean the car were super friendly and got the job done quickly. Someone had been sick in the car and they were unfazed to get it clean, sanitising it for the cost also, then doing a full valet inside and out. When I went to check the car it was immaculate. Can’t recommend them enough!
