Great customer support, Was abit slow to get back to me, but once they reached out they sorted me out.

My parcel got sent back midway, so contaced medivape and they made sure to sent it to me again with express delivery, also they threw in an extra item in my delivery as compensation, much apreciated.

I’ve placed 4 orders. The best arrived in just over a week. The other 3 have all had issues that have taken delivery to a month or so. Recent order was over a month late as they forgot it when they changed warehouse. My current order is a month late as they forgot the paperwork so it was returned. Have responded and are resending.

Product is great, logistics, support and organisation just aren’t good enough. Such a shame.

Received useless Utillian dryvape pipe (€175,-) in januari 2024. It does not deliver more than 129 to 135°C in the highest setting instead of proper heat. (Like 140 to 210°C)
Medvape service number guy promised a brand service number I never received. I kept calling (no answer) and have sent emails to no avail - even included photos of temperature testing. I asked for a reply, demanded a replacement or reimbursement. No answer by mail or phone, so far - six months after! Disappointing and unacceptable.

Just a note to further deliveries.
Please register on the package the complete address as well as my contact number for direct call when the delivery agency arrives to place.

there was difficulties with a relocation of the warehouse and ultimately could not recieve my product, however they stayed in contact and agreed to a refund, due to the issues, good customer service as i dont mind issues aslong as the business stays in contact and they usually responded via whats app within a few hours, recieved confirmation that the item returned to them and my refund should arrive today

First order got lost by dhl, after they found out they sent me the item i ordered + a gift for free and it arrived the next day in the netherlands. Very well done and very kind.

I placed an order with you on May 23, 2024. They were two "FIREFLY 2+ TOP LID" and I paid 899.87 kr for them. My surprise was that the shipment arrived today, June 6, 2024 to my house and when I opened the package I found that it is not the product I ordered, but rather that they are two "carryin cases" from Firefly. As you will understand, I am not satisfied with what happened and I would like you to give me a solution, either by returning the amount paid or by sending me the product that I really requested. I am looking forward to your response.

Was a bit cautious at first, when i didn't get a confirmation, but customer support replied shortly after i messaged them! Product delivered a few hours ago, will check it out when im done with work.

24.4. I ordered from medvape.fi Davinci IQC black and 10mm water tool adapter (both said IN STOCK).
25.4. I wrote to the message board in my order and nobody answered.
26.5. they "started handling" my order but after they changed the status, nothing happened.

6.5. I wrote to the whatsapp that is IQC black out of stock even when it said ”in stock”? and if it was possible to change to color to red that could be in stock?
7.5. they replied to me how to change the color and that they have black color in stock. I repplied 7.5. That some kind of delay message would been nice and can you give any kind of estimation for the black color? The answer was soon.
10.5. 22.28 o'clock they registered the package.
14.5. delivery company picked it up.
17.5. delivery company delivered my order, but there was only IQC black.
19.5. I wrote that when they are going to deliver the adapter? but nobody answers.
20.5. they register the delivery and it was picked up.
24.5. the adapter was delivered.
So from ordered to delivered: 23 days for IQC and 30 days for adapter. Delivery time was decent 4-5days. Handling time was 18 days for IQC and 24 days for adapter.
Like I had to prey for them to deliver my order.
1 STAR for working product and 1 STAR for delivery companies.

It took very long from ordered to receiver.

Wrong order with less in it than what I payed for. They also never answered my email.

Edit: They answered a week later...
They send me the right one and I could keep the other one too, so they are alright.

Delivery of the item that i have purchased was fast from Holland to Greece and the staff was very quick replying to my messages when a problem occurred.
