Do not recomment at all, kept my money!
I made an order for a vape paid for it via the website and they changed the status of the order from completed to awaiting payment. I contacted costumer service form nl which is Horrid, rude and money orientated and they are happily sitting on my money while refusing to send me the item and asking me to transfer the money? When it left my bank account via the payment method on website. I want the item or my money back which costumer services happily ignores my messages to resolve this! Horrid!

Ordered over 5 days ago and it stated 1-3 days delivery. I haven’t even gotten a tracking number 5 days later and they haven’t answered my e-mail I sent 2-3days ago regarding it either. Pretty disappointed since the reviews are generally good.
I will change review if it is solved properly and quick. Update: they had some problems with the warehouse which is understandable. Very nice customer service afterwards and getting sent another product and the original product once possible.

My product took over a month to arrive. Medvape thought they had sent it even though they had not. They were inbetween changing warehouses which caused the hassle. Understandable!
Customer service was good though, quick awnsers and everything was solved pretty quickly after the delays:)

I payed extra for DHL express at checkout. It stated 1 day delivery.
It took almost a week, which I would have been okay with if I had not paid extra specifically for DHL Express.
It was delivered via parcel force not DHL.

Missing DynaCoil, never delivered
On March 1, 2024 I've ordered two things from this shop, the more expensive item being a DynaCoil. The parcel arrived on March 6, but only contained the other item in it. I got in touch with the shop and Kristian told me this had happened before, and that I should place a new order for the missing item, with the comment "Warranty arranged with Kristian". I have done so right away, but never received the parcel, nor have I heard back on subsequent emails to the shop.
