Started off well..then trails off. No one answers the phone - left with music continuously and if you leave a message no one returns messages. 3 emails gone unanswered to Lauren's team.
Birth and marriage certificates still not returned either and a.SAE enclosed.. Cost £93 for those. Feel.ignored.

A Very Professional Service
Having looked at Medway Law to carry out my conveyancing following a recommendation, I reviewed their costs (not exorbitant but cheaper elsewhere is available) and decided to go with them, which turned out to be a wise move. I was really pleased with the service I received, which took virtually all the stress associated with selling a property out of the equation.
My solicitor, Sobia Asghar did an excellent job of dealing with any and all queries from both parties in an assured, knowledgeable and professional manner, thus giving me a feeling of ease throughout the whole process. I was initially greeted with an introductory phone call at the onset, and from start to finish was readily notified of all information needed regarding the transaction. This kept me up to date at all times, until contracts were exchanged and final details completed.
Overall I was extremely happy with the service provided, and would readily recommend Medway Law to others looking for a company sure to look after them, and their legal interests.

By far the best conveyancing experience I have had
I used Medway Law to sell my mum’s property after she was admitted to a residential nursing home. The service provided by the firm was outstanding, in particular the conveyancing solicitor Mohsin Aziz, who was professional and courteous throughout, and took the trouble to keep me updated at every stage. Highly recommended.

Having to sell my mum's house after probate, the Medway Law kept us informed throughout the process which they completed in half the time expected. Only wish they handled other purchases and not just auction sales.
