Nanette was friendly and informative with a delightful manner. She explained our travel requirements carefully and with humour and we left the Clinic feeling what an unexpectedly pleasant experience it had been.

I was able to book a last minute yellow fever vaccination on a Saturday to avoid interfering with work. It was easy to get to, clear instructions on the email and the staff were incredibly helpful. The lady who administered my vaccine was very warm and friendly and made me feel at ease.

I was able to get an appointment easily, my clinician was very knowledgeable and friendly and the overall cost was comparable with any other private travel clinic in the area.

Lovely staff and very efficient

Nanette Nobes was absolutely wonderful , due to extensive knowledge and a warm and friendly persona my husband and I were highly reassured that we were in safe hands . All information , injections ,side effects and after care was explained and a rational given .Having the injection didn't hurt either . Nanette ensured we were given Heath information pertaining to the area too i.e. in our case to use 50% Deet Mosquito spray not a percentage less . The appointment was relaxed and we were given time to ask questions or for our concerns to be explained . I shall definitely be telling everyone I know travelling to contact the Clinic ..... I am thinking about going for more holidays just to have an excuse to see Nannette again !
