An excellent service from start to finish, planning our son’s vaccinations for a trip to Rwanda. Nanette provided all the travel guidance and clinical advice we needed, and was transparent about costs from the outset. We felt very organised, could budget appropriately and my son can now safely go off on his adventures, knowing he has the protection he needs. Very easy process from start to finish from booking online to prescribing what I had requested in my message in advance. Nanette was lovely too and quickly arranged for the prescription to be signed by a doctor. No fuss and would definitely recommend!

The practitioner had all advice and information ready for me. We had a really good discussion on where I was travelling to and the associated risks. Some of my previous vaccines were still active, so I only needed to have one further immunisation.
The appointment was on time and I did not feel rushed during my appointment.
