Meelie have been advised to return my phone bu checkmend but lo and behokd they are charging me 35 pounds to do this even though their terms and conditions do not cover this. Use another provider or stear clear people.

No hesitation in recommending Meelie…
No hesitation in recommending Meelie Mobile. My old Google Pixel 8a was picked up by Royal Mail, delivered to them 2 days later, assessed by Meelie on that same day & I was paid the confirmed amount within 24 hours.
I had no problems, the communication & service was excellent & they did exactly what they said they'd do.
I've got no hesitation in recommending them & will almost certainly use them again in future.

Good experience
Quick and easy process, and offered the best price on the market for my iphone 17 pro max. Had no issue with sending via Special Delivery and was kept updated by text and email all the way through. No issue with grading and received the amount quoted on the same day as they received the phone. I usually go to Music Magpie or Mazuma but will definitely be checking these guys going forward!

I recently sold my high-value Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to Meelie Mobile, and the entire experience was flawless. The parcel was tracked safely all the way to their warehouse. Because it’s a high-value device, they requested a quick ID verification for security, which was incredibly easy to complete online. By Monday morning, I received an email confirming that the phone met all expectations, and the full quoted price of £510.00 was locked in. Unlike other recyclers who try to find excuses to devalue your device, Meelie is completely honest and transparent. The funds hit my bank account by Monday afternoon via Faster Payments. Absolutely brilliant service—I will definitely use them again!

12 Hours from posting to payment
Can highly recommend this company from my personal experience.
Sent off my phone at 4pm on the Thursday and the money was in my bank by 3pm on Friday (today).
They paid exactly what they quoted (which was the highest I could find) and they kept me updated every step of the way.
I'm sure I will be back when it comes to my next upgrade.
