Very prompt service and easy to organise. Paid the price for an old mobile that they offered before sending.

I tried to sell my Samsung S25 Ultra in "good" condition, some scratches but undetectable original quote us £529 now they are offering me £339 for a device that is a year old with 100% battery life, please do not use this company anymore.

No fuss and no trying to knock the price down like some other buyers. Quickly paid as promised. Thanks 👍

So easy to deal with. Downloaded a label, took the package to the Post Office and within 2/3 days received full payment for my phone. Would recommend Meelie mobile to anyone

Received an offer to send my “good” working condition phone for £336.
After Meelie inspected this they lowballed be with a counter offer for £183.
The condition criteria for the phone in a “good” condition as per the website stated that:
“ Good devices may have light scratches visible but undetectable to touch”
The phone I sent was in a great condition as I always used a screen protector and cover. When I asked them why I was being lowballed from the original offer, I was told that it was because the phone had small marks on it- which exactly falls under the good condition criteria.
I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone to use Meelie as they will find any possible ways to not follow through on the offer they promise, even if the criteria is met!

Utter scam artists. Sent an iPhone 13 mini to them to be told it didn't meet their standard. Apparently it's a non EU model which was news to me.
Meelie wants £35 processing fee to send it back to me. Utterly disgusting, no clarity on this prior to sending

Decided to go with Meelie Mobile after a bad experience with another company. Thought Meelie Mobile had been around a while and must be worth a try.
Sent my device in to them only to be low balled an offer, the device had always been in a case and always had a screen protector fitted and honestly was in excellent condition.
They did send a picture that was zoomed in on a little imperfection about the size of an ant's leg but on the website under "Excellent Condition" it states "The Device may show very light signs of use under close inspection but not visible from 30cm away". I rang them up to ask that the tiny imperfection still fell under their "Excellent Condition" and it was not "Brand New", I advised them that the pictures that I took from 30cm away that I was happy to send in to prove that you cannot see the imperfection and asked them to send a picture across from 30cm away to show that the scratch is visible from this distance and this is where there response was dissapointing.
The response was :
"There are 2 reasons that the photo has been taken so close to the phone, and we do this will all devices regardless of the size or clarify of any marks:
(1) We have to protect any GDPR that may be around on the desk and computer screens.
(2) Cameras are simply not as good as human eyes, so it needs to be taken closer so that you as the customer can see that actual damage.
Ended up accepting the low ball offer as I couldnt be bothered arguing with them and then having the phone sent back to go through another company, the only positive thing was payment was same day..
5 month old phone £399 in black Friday sale.. these offer £75 🤣 what a load of ....
Great service fast payment definitely will use again
Used meelie and few times trust worthy reliable and fast to pay and the price is fair. Not only that but every review they plant a tree so I really hope that they do hehe

Seller beware!
Quoted 345 for iPhone 14 Pro in decent condition (always used with a case and protector so scratches minimal).
Their offer on inspection was £107!!
They said ‘Although the device is fully functional, the severity of the scratches are such that we would be unable to sell it on in its current state. Please see our wear and tear article for more information’.
I’d like to know the statistics how many iPhone 14 Pros they are actually paying 345 for as a reduction of £238 for minor cosmetic wear and tear seems excessive. Annoyed that I paid special delivery cost!!

Sold two phones to this company whereby the screens were perfect . Had emails showing photos of phones with something wrong with the screen so they offered even less that the original quote. I accepted one but not the other and asked for it to be returned. I was alarmed when I received it because the packaging was so inadequate and thin, I am surprised the phone wasn't smashed in transit. They also did not send back the original phone box which they require as part of the sale so they have stated today, when I asked for it back they said it's not their policy as it states in their terms and conditions. I feel ripped off re the phone I sold as I know the screen was perfect and should have asked for it's return as for the one I did get back it's perfect. I have previously sold to back market who aren't great but this company is a total rip off. If I could then I would give it no stars.

Sent my galaxy flip 7 to sell on Dec 8, Item was lost in transit per royal mail. Got no compensation as of now still after 3 months. There goes my 1k pound phone gone like a dust. Such stressful and anxious time for me wish I just never sold it. Barely heard from the company

After initially being given an offer of £86, I was advised that the phone (which was sent in pristine condition) was deemed to be in a 'fair' condition because of two very minor marks on the side of the phone. They also claimed the back was 'lifting' which is utter nonsense. Due to this the offer was reduced to £33.50 which is honestly insulting. Do not waste your time with them as they are clearly looking to find any reason to offer you next to nothing. I've requested that the phone is returned to me and I currently await its arrival.
Edited review: while initially I had a problem with fair assessment, Meelie were very professional in sorting this out. They sent me CCTV footage and provided a reasonable reassessment. Would use again.

They provided very quick service and were true to their word. If you're honest about the condition of your device, you'll receive an honest price. I find it frustrating when people leave negative reviews simply because they misrepresented the condition of the device to get a lower price.
