Today my daughter’s dress from MMT finally arrived after a very long wait. During that time, I sent four emails to customer service and never received a reply to any of them.

The first thing we noticed when opening the package was that the dress was damaged! One of the shoulder straps was completely broken off. The material feels cheap, the stitching is sloppy, and the buttons are sewn on crooked.

The label says “Made in China” — and it shows. Their website claims that many of their clothes are made in Italy (yeah right) and India. MMT is basically a Chinese dropshipping company selling cheap clothing at high prices to young girls who discover the brand through social media. Don’t fall for it.

And to customer service: please don’t reply with “contact us so we can help find a solution,” because you don’t answer emails anyway.

Don’t buy anything from this company! We ordered a month ago and still haven’t received anything. It was a dress for my daughters graduation, she is so disappointed. We have emailed them but no answers. Order number is 2534689.
I can’t recommend this company.

Why are the return instructions secret? Any seroius company would not hide them or ask the customer to email. It is ridiculous to reply "please email us" when you are already in contact. Who is responsible for this utter scam?

Please whatever you do - do not buy from this company!!!! I don’t even know where to start! Firstly, I paid for express shipping absolutely nothing about it was express it took weeks. Communication was near impossible. I just could not recommend you to NOT shop here. I never leave customer reviews but my experience was so SHOCKING that I had to warn others. I tried to return the dress and I paid €15 for returns and they won’t and still won’t provide me a return label. Just scam after scam they genuinely should be shut down for how much they are scamming people. €100 lost and just constantly taking money and not providing any service. Genuinely please do not order from this website no matter what anyone else says. This has been going on 2 months and I simply cannot return the item as they just will not give me a return label.

I ordered Jeans for my daughter on 26th April but the status of my order has not changed. It's still showing as Order Collected. I have sent two emails now with no response whatsoever. Premium prices but bottom of the barrell customer service. Can't comment on quality of product yet as I'm still waiting to receive the items ordered.

I have already sent you THREE emails about my order, without getting an answer. You can’t tell med to send you ANOTHER mail because you are «missing some information»?? Everything was filled out when i ordered, I even got an order confirmation. The dress will not be shipped anytime soon, so again please refund me immediately, including shipping. I haven't received any response regarding the delivery time of my order (2536155). I ordered the dress 2.5 weeks ago, but I haven't received any information about when it will be delivered. My graduation party is coming up soon and I don't have a dress. I need the answer immediately!

I ordered a number of items on 20th April Order #2532792.

I have emailed you and sent messages on Facebook and instagram. I am also commenting under all of your posts on which you are very active, but have not had any response. It’s now a month and the items haven’t shipped. I would prefer to receive the items as my young daughter is desperate for them and is asking every day. Please please can I hear from you?

Why is the delivery taking so long. I really don't care that its a very busy period. It still shouldn't take triple the time promised. Is it possible that you guys lied on your website about the availability. Is it possible for you guys to give a status update. Terrible service. I don't want a generic response that will not help me. I want answers.

I ordered three pieces from Meet me There about 2 weeks ago, and the package has not been dispatched yet. I am moving from my current location in a few days, so I emailed the company to have a refund issue. I waited the 5 business days as indicated, and no reply. I emailed them again today, and still no reply. At this point, I would just like for a refund to be issued if possible. My order number is 2537282. Please help.

I have receved two mails during the last 4 weeks tellig me that the order is shipt. But nothing happend

I placed my order on April 7th and still have not received my package. The last tracking update was on April 20th, and since then there has been absolutely no new information.

I contacted customer support multiple times, but all I received were vague replies saying that the parcel is “still on its way” and that they have no additional information besides the tracking. FedEx even states that the package has not yet been received, which makes the whole situation even more unclear and frustrating.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I was really excited to receive these clothes, as they were supposed to be for my graduation. Instead, I’ve spent over a month waiting without any real answers or updates.

At this point, I am honestly tired of these generic responses. If the package has been lost or mishandled, I would rather they tell me directly instead of continuing to give unclear updates with no real answers.

Waiting this long without proper communication or transparency is extremely frustrating. I expected much better customer service and handling of orders.

I ordered a dress for my daughter 10.4 for an occasion in may, got the ordernr, and conformation for payment. Still by today 11.may not recived it or got any tracking nr. Sendt e-mails to the company, with a reply that it can take 5 days for an reply. Thats not acceptable. Not in touch with anyone yet.

4 days after sending a new email: There has still been no direct contact. All emails seem to go through a loop, so you have to wait 3–5 days to receive a reply. I have informed them that I want to cancel my order, but I still have not received any reply regarding this.

my dress hasn’t came and we ordered almost one month ago. And the package has been in netherland for 2 weeks and we send 1 message earlier but it takes so long. Disappointed.

I have already emailed you again, as requested in your previous reply. I sent an email yesterday, so you should already have it.
It is frustrating that you ask me to contact you again when I have already done so but still receive no response. I am still waiting for my refund and a proper resolution.

I am extremely disappointed. I spent $750 on your new collection with Fillipa expecting an amazing service since your socials are amazing.

It’s been 1 month! And my package hasn’t been dispatched??? I have emailed multiple times, contacted via instagram dms and comments… tried to contact a number (no number available). I would never believe a brand like this would have terrible service. As a business owner myself. I understand that packages may take time during busy periods, and mistakes occur. But neglecting your customers in the process is unacceptable.

I do not want an “email us reply”. Let your customer service team find my email, and reply themselves.

I still have not had a response and it’s been months now and no refund still. They reply to reviews, to seem helpful to others but absolutely no help on email. I should have read all these reviews beforehand , I don’t know how they get away with it !!!

Still nothing from this company for my return purchase. Please anyone from the UK Do Not Purchase from this company or you will loose your money that you have returned. So angry and disappointed as I have purchased from all over the world and never had such bad service.

They will not ship your order and continue promoting new collections when they can’t even keep up with shipping. Won’t reply to emails or any other form of communication. Check their socials you’ll see comments of others with the same issue.

I already stated in my review that you are not responding to my emails. Telling me to “email you again” is not a solution when you have consistently ignored my previous messages.

I have already provided my order number (#2526950) and clearly requested cancellation. There is no need for me to contact you again or for you to “check the status.”

Please cancel my order and issue a full refund immediately.
