Lucinda offered clear & concise answers to all my questions during the process, whilst also offering re-assurance. As a first time, self-employed buyer this meant a great deal. Would highly recommend Meet Margo thus far.

As a 20 year old first time buyer, I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I started this journey — I didn’t even realise how essential a mortgage advisor was until I walked into Meet Margot. From day one, Miranda and the team made everything feel so much less scary.

I came in with worries about my credit, my debts, and the affordability side of things, and Miranda genuinely helped calm every fear I had. She was patient, reassuring, and always explained things in a way I could actually understand. When my initial lender unexpectedly declined me due to credit scoring, I was terrified — but before I even had a chance to panic, Miranda had already found a new lender and moved the entire application forward without me needing to chase. That alone meant so much.

Throughout the whole process, she kept me updated regularly, answered every single question (and I ask a LOT!), and never made me feel like I was being annoying or pestering. As someone who overthinks and likes constant reassurance, that level of patience and communication was everything.

The only small thing I struggled with was that my estate agent mentioned they weren’t receiving updates from my broker’s side. On my end, I was getting quick and consistent communication, so I’m not sure what caused the gap. But personally, the service I received from Meet Margot was truly proactive and reliable.

Overall, I’m so grateful. My mortgage offer has now been issued, the process has moved smoothly, and I genuinely feel supported every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Meet Margot, especially to young buyers who need clear guidance and a team that genuinely cares.

I’ve used Meet Margo twice now, first time to sort out remortgaging. They were so helpful and efficient and excellent at communicating and keeping me updated. Mortgage fixed now for two years but I know they will remind me when it’s time to renew. Would highly recommend.

Followed Meet Margo for a while on socials and found them to be very informative and transparent so decided to use them when my deal came up for renewal.
I received good advice from the advisor Miranda and it was all straightforward. Apart from the advice as it was so simple, I mainly interacted with Paige.

Meet Margo was fantastic! We were confused on what to do with our mortgage due to multiple complexities with changing careers, house on the market and maternity leave. After one call with Miranda explaining the situation she took on the complications and was able to find a product that worked for us. She made it easy and also saved us money. Finally completed our mortgage, and 100% would recommend Meet Margo, we had paige till the end of the process and can honestly say she was like our little cheerleader throughout, it hit several walls due to the sellers solicitor being incompetent and Paige was still there in the background sending emails and supporting the process, loved the communication and dedication shown throughout , Thankyou !
