I won £1394 on big bass

I won £1394 on big bass, almost 24 hours have passed and I have had NO indication that the withdrawal is even being processed! I have uploaded documents, tried 3x on the ‘chat bot’ and just keep getting a generic answer to the effect of ‘we aim to process all withdrawals within a few hours’ this has been almost 24 and I’ve received absolutely nothing. I have asked the chat bot if they need any further documentation to which I’ve been told no, I don’t understand what the issue is? I will be taking this to the gambling commission if not rectified ASAP!

They settle the bet incorrectly.

I have placed a bet on SA20 Match between Sunrisers Eastern Cape and Pretoria capitals and as you all can check the scorecard of that match. Sunrisers Eastern cape were scored 12 fours and Pretoria capitals scored only 9 fours.My bet was Sunrisers Eastern Cape will score most fours. But they settled my bet as lost and upon requesting a review they told me both team scored equal number of fours which is 12.

Made a deposit with my bank card I won 760. Made my withdrawal and since then I haven't received it been told there was an issue with my card send my account number and sort code done that nothing.
