Shady practices will not let you withdraw
Do not play on this site. They are now being investigated by the Gambling Commision. I encourage all players who have dealt with this company to request their full SAR and contact the Gambling Commision and forward it to them so they can investigate the mismanagement of your accounts and also result into their license suspension. They have shady practices including not letting you make any withdrawals if you do have any winnings so you have no choice but to continue playing. Please do as I say and request your full SAR and contact Gambling Commision asap as it would further add to the current investigations so this place can be shut down and license suspended. Withdrawals within hours...28 hours and counting!!
They claim to process withdrawals within hours...well, 28 hours later and my withdrawal is still sitting in pending and no closer to being paid. Live chat will give you the usual "additional checks and verification" line and will give you no actual information at all.
And all this time with them, I was under the impression they were a professional and respectable casino...clearly mistaken there!!

Update - i have now been able to withdraw funds but waiting for it to be processed, i will update once processed. Won over 1k, nobody is replying to me! Seems as though i’m not the only one. So i just made some money
So i just made some money, cant witbdraw due to 'active bonus' of 50gbp
Tried cancelling the bonus, cant cancel due to error - all preventing me from withdrawing.
Reading bad reviews etc dont make it better too.. just emailed them, so lets see.
update 20/08 (evening)
so i did all the above around 0300 - email was responded on 0500 which at this point i went to sleep
long story short, customer service was there reasonable timing (email) and action was taken swiftly to remove my bonus to process the withdrawal (took around 6 - 12h not sure but no longer) and money in the bank.
IMPORTANT: to prevent any delays in the payment processing and the unpleasantness which comes with - DONT OPT IN FOR BONUS as the bonus policy states, once you have used all your deposited funds - the bonus is then used (real money 1st, bonus 2nd) which at this point your winnings are no longer counted as 'real money' but 'bonus money' = no money (basically)
other than the cheeky sneaky bonus scheme (which is why people got upset below) everything else was smooth with withdrawals

Ok, so I made my deposit and won £800, instantly stopped playing and started the process of withdrawing. Tried a couple of time and said I had an active bonus (which I never used) so I cancelled this bonus and tried again and worked. After a few hours nothing had moved forward so tried the chat. All I got was a bit which I hate. Last night after reading all the reviews I emailed them direct and had a response pretty much straight away. Told me it was in the process etc. 2 hours later the money was in my account.
It took longer than most sites and the web chat is a bag of sh… rubbish but in the grand scheme of things the customer service was there.
I have no set deposit limits as these sites generally seem to pay out when you first sign up then goes rubbish. I understand the games I play like fishing frenzy and big bass are extremely volatile so I took the win and run. Big profit in around 10mins.

Seems to be the same thing with this site, they are quick enough to take your deposits but when it comes to withdrawing all of a sudden you have to verify your account!
I have sent everything I possibly can and they still won’t verify my account to make a withdrawal.

In addition to review below. This is becoming more and more ridiculous as the days pass. You keep mailing saying my card is not verified. Before I tried to withdraw I had a mail to say it was verified. Then all of a sudden I get mails asking me to verify a card that has been inactive since last year. A card used on playojo which is a sister site to your company. I clearly don’t have that card to hand anymore. This site is essentially scamming me not out of winnings but out of my own mistake. Nobody here in support has helped and online chat support leaves you on standby for an hour then messages and closes chat.

I have no idea what is happening with this company...I'm hoping I can change this review if resolved... I won £575 I have tried to with draw and it keeps saying I have to upload documents....I have already uploaded driving licence and passport...bank statements and motor insurance and official government students grant letter ....I don't have any bills utilities as my partner pays them all what do I need to do to get through to some one to help .... Absolute shambles. Wanted to leave a good review as have been extremely lucky. Quick enough to take money, verified my ID etc. had a successful withdrawal which was a lot longer than I hoped but thought I would try again. Won. Now they want all kinds of statements etc when I have specifically stated I don’t want to increase my deposit limits and was told on chat that she had placed a limit on for me.
Lost my data clearly seeing as you’ve needed ID twice in a week. Scary.
