Don't waste your time & money
Same as others have said, quick to take your money but not so quick to hand it back. Been waiting for a withdrawal for 2 days, try to ask them what the hold up is but just get the same generic response that you see from them on here " it may take a few hours to process". Absolutely shocking service I withdrew £400 at 1:30 am today and we are now at 10:30 at night and still no funds in my account. I have been told the same thing over and over again it’s been processed with the payments teams and they need to review it and a certain amount of time needs to be given and this could be a few hours yet here we are nearly 24 hours later. On the reviews I am very concerned and I will be taking this further as it’s given false information regarding withdrawal times. With whether or not this is to do with the procedures they need to do validating etc they should not be given wrong times.
Also, I checked on my account before withdrawing and it said that no information is required in order to withdraw yet at the minute I do withdraw, they requested my ID. It to me is buying time. Only £400 is pretty appalling. I will be taking this to the Gambling commission, if not sorted within the next few hours as advised in black and white writing. This company should be shut down if this is how they deal with customers.
