Exemplary customer service
I bought a distiller from them 13 years ago and it has been running every day 2 times a day every day for 13 years .
It stopped working ( not surprisingly after a long hard shift of 13 years ) I sent it back for a repair service . They said its had its day and can't be fixed .
They kindly sent me a refurbished unit for the same price as a repair pretty much a brand new unit for the price of a repair . I have dealt with them on a number of occasions and always first class customer service.

The Megahome Water Distiller is by far one of the best distillers on the market at this time. We acquired ours 6 months ago and the benefits were pretty immediate (more daily energy being one of these). If you really care about your health, you might want to consider distilling the water you drink, tap or bottled (the later is also heavily processed despite the 'labels') - your body will thank you for this.
