These distillers are excellent! Service was fantastic, it arrived in perfect condition, in quick time, and when I phoned up to ask questions about other products, I was greeted with friendly customer service agent who was very helpful. I highly recommend these!

I've been using a Megahome distiller for a few months now and wouldn't go back.

Drinking water is now enjoyable and no longer a chore as it turns tap water into something that tastes clean and pleasant.

The distiller is easy to use and requires little in the way of cleaning and maintenance, especially if you use a water softener. You hardly get any scale build-up at all.

The service from purchase to delivery was great, fast delivery, the item was well packaged and instructions are easy to follow, especially with a Youtube video for an overview of what to expect.

After doing a lot of research, distillation came out on top for me and this particular model is the head honcho.

I can't recommend a distiller enough, especially this one.

Delivery was really quick and I was able to speak to them to get advise on which machine to purchase. I also bought some extra products and the Website is very easy to navigate. Very reliable and efficient service and good value products. Would highly recommend.

This company is really on the ball with deliveries. When I ordered the distiller, it arrived the very next day. Great service! Recently ordered some spares for another distiller; they were sent out without delay also. I've had my new distiller since April and I'm very happy with it. It's in use most days. You'd barely notice it's on – it's quite a pleasant background noise actually and the water tastes great.

What a superb experience! We sent our distiller in for a service it needed a new power lead and reset button (mainly due to my own incompetence). It is a fixed price which in itself is excellent. However what was really amazing was that even though it was not repairable yet within that fixed price they sent me a reconditioned replacement - it is basically a new machine. Amazing. Becki and the team there were fast, efficient and helpful on the phone. Brilliant I cannot recommend them highly enough. If only ALL companies were run like Megahome. Simply superb. If you want a great ownerhship experience then buy from them and deal with them.
