After many hours of product research purchased the 316 Deluxe Water Distiller. Distiller is well made, water is light and taste great. My 316 Deluxe Water Distiller arrived on time secured in very strong boxes. I’ve been using it every other day now for two weeks, and am very impressed with this product. The residue left behind after each distillation makes one wonder what have we been putting in to our bodies. I live in a very hard water area and have previously used water filters which were only really effective for two and a half weeks before the kettle started to build up lime scale. I also bought bottled spring water. Both products were becoming quite expensive and I don’t wish to continue buying plastic even though it is recyclable. I thoroughly recommend this item to those who wish for a healthier lifestyle.

From ordering to delivery I was kept up to date regarding the the process of my order. Been using the Deluxe version for just over a month and while I live in a soft water area there is still some residue that remains after the distillation process has finished, so what is left does smell a bit.
I usually leave it for about 45mins for the water distiller to cool down before cleaning, whilst the jug goes into the fridge. The water does taste different even if you`ve been drinking bottled water.
Overall very happy with the product and I would recommend to others without hesitation.

Purchased about a month ago and works well.
I never leave to boil dry but use a timer plug so there is always some water left in the base which helps cleaning, and is better for the machine I feel

I have bought two 316 Deluxe Omega distillers, one for my mum in Italy and one for myself in London. The water tastes great, light and easy to drink (first time I can drink more water and feeling hydrated).

The residue left after the distillation is disgusting. In Italy, it is like a dense white cream and in London a yellowish brown substance.
The TDS is always 01 so I am very satisfied with the distillation process.

Unfortunately, it takes 6 hours to distill the hot water in Italy (probably Italy has a slightly lower voltage) but much faster in London 4 hours.

The customer service is also fantastic.

Good quality material, the top for the pitcher close is a nice addition. I received the pitcher next day, I was quite happy for that.

Bought my first about 2010 and it’s stil going strong. Bit dirty but still works and used constantly

My grandson has a machine he ordered me one and I am delighted with it. I am recovering from Cancer the distiller shows how much impurities are present in tap water. Especially sewerage on a regular basis.
