Misleading Bonus - avoid this one
On sign up it appears you will get a 100% bonus but this is only playable once you meet the wagering requirements. This is not made clear. It also says on their bonus page ‘double your money instantly’ - how is this instantly?
Chat wouldn’t help me and kept saying that it’s in their T&Cs. This would be fine but their T&Cs contradict themselves. This is also not clear on the TV advert. I’ve read some comments on RTP. My experience did end pretty quickly with no bonus after £20 on 40p a spin, but that’s probably just bad luck. I’m hoping the GC investigate. Please support me if you have the same frustration. Send them an email, give them a couple of months to reply and then submit a formal complaint to the GC. I play low stakes fairly regularly and this is one of the worst ‘bonuses’ (if not the worst) bonus I’ve ever had.
Decent selection of games. Would have probably played more in the future.

Opened an account on Sunday morning, made a deposit and now it’s Wednesday and I still have not been allowed to play anything slots, they said my id had expired even though I had not even showed them any id at this point.
There is no option for me to upload my id on the site so I did it through the live chat which they said would be fine.
3 days later I’m still waiting for someone to look at my passport photo.

Held my money since the 22/08/2025. Let me deposit money and then held it. So many emails they do not respond just the same generic response every time. Had 0 reason to block my account but they still did

It is now 05/09/2025 and they still haven’t released my funds. They came back and asked for my passport even though I was already fully verified. They have so far asked for payslips, bank statements and then my passport. They say they are doing this for regulation. They allowed me to deposit £1500, and around £7,000 but they didn’t ask for anything then. I did win however. When I redeposited £1500 they then blocked my account can’t play with the money can’t withdraw it.
I have no choice but to go the GC and issue a court claim. This company is demonstrating extremely bad practices they do not care about the player.
I would avoid them at all costs.
