I ordered last Thursday (1st class Royal Mail) marked as shipped on same day.. it is now Tuesday with no sign of parcel. Unable to track number with Royal Mail. Company email does not work.. scam or what?

I wrote a review a few days ago but I just wanted to change that. After writing my review mega tan got in touch very quickly and resolved the issue very quickly also. It wasn’t their fault that I had not received my order, it was Royal Mail. Ricco was very helpful and got my parcel delivered special delivery so I received it next day and I already know the products are amazing as I have used them before! This is the only time I’ve had a problem with this company and it was rectified with brilliant customer service.

Can not rate this company enough, I previously ordered a vial with the addition of B12 due to suffering with anaemia and it came very prompt with excellent customer service throughout. I since lost my vial on holiday and asked if they sold the B12 individually. I opened my messenger today to see that they had kindly resent my order as a good will gesture. This is above and beyond of what I expected and I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend the service due to a consistent high level of customer service and consideration.

Very good product and produces an amazing tan safely and have been using for years. I advise taking in the evening before bed.

Megatan is the best brand for tanning injection. If you are looking for a tan without any side effects then I would highly recommend Megatan. Here, you can get an immediate and natural tan. So, you should go for it.

I have used megatan on and off for years and had already placed my order with megatan when I heard about the bad reviews on here and I had recommended them to someone who had also placed a order the day before me. So I emailed megatan with my concerns they emailed me straight back reassuring me and true to there word my order arrived today and my friends arrived last Saturday. There is something on there website explaining that they had been having issues with delivery's but they are now back up and running.i order on a Friday and recieved my delivery on the following Wednesday my friend ordered on a Thursday and her delivery arrived on the following Saturday. I have noticed the peptide is a plain bottle with no label all my previous orders the bottle has had a label on I hope its the same quality as I have received from megatan before I will leave another review on my results..but as far as delivery issues I have had none and would use them again

Second time I made an order with megatan my item got lost in the post I got a very quick reply and my issue was resolved very happy

Absolutely fantastic company and wouldn't use anyone eles for my tanning needs. Have tried both injections and drops and have had good results. Deliveries always arrive with in expected time and couldn't be happier with my results

Nasals are best I’ve tried and the price is the most competitive. I have literally got a tan after 2 days usage and one sun bed session.
I am awaiting some drops that I can’t wait to try!
Beth is super helpful and polite, as I too was concerned about delivery but I didn’t pay for the faster delivery so can’t complain.

Ordered items last Wednesday. They were 1st class so was hoping they’d arrive that week. Started to panic a bit after reading reviews, had sent a few emails to have no response. However due to my previous review I’d left, Ricco contacted me and advised me to re check the tracker and it had been updated yesterday with Royal Mail. Anyway, as I am writing this review, they got delivered 5 minutes ago. Can’t fault Ricco for checking for me! I just think Megatan need to respond to emails as well. I didn’t know they had an internal portal where you could send messages regarding your order.

After reading the reviews I honestly thought I had been scammed but this arrived today BOGOF offer too. Very pleased and will be ordering again..

After reading lots of negative reviews (unfortunately after I ordered) I can confirm they are true. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I made an order, money was taken but no product. I've sent numerous emails but no replies at all. Just some bs automated response. PURE SCAMMERS!!! They even provide a fake tracking number lol

Delivery took longer than expected but item did eventually arrive

Ordered from this company 3 times over the past couple of years. The first 2 times my order arrived without issue. Unlucky order number 3 has not arrived after 3 weeks. I have sent 2 emails asking about my orders whereabouts and had no reply. Also, my tracking number is invalid. I contacted Royal Mail to ask them to check it and they advised me that it was not a genuine tracking number. I have now contacted my credit card company and claimed back my £20. Obviously, won't use or recommend in future. I wish I had read the reviews on here first.

Product is not as strong as it used to be. Won't be ordering the mt2 from here again.
Update. I didn't recieve a refund.

Genuine review. I placed my order on the 3rd May and received it on the 5th, I have ordered from this company before and Happy with the quality of the goods and service.

Ordered from this company for years and never had a problem until now. I ordered nearly a month ago... received a few emails asking for confirmation of payment which I provided, I then had an email to say it had been despatched and would be with me nearly 10 days ago. Chased twice since and have been completely ignored. Do not use this company not sure what had happened but they have changed and cannot be trusted.

I cannot make out all these bad reviews I have been ordering for years and have never had a problem just got another order today for when lockdown is up never ever had a problem with them

Don’t understand some of the bad reviews I’ve always had great communication from them. They keep you updated on where and when your order is being sent.
At the end of December I got a lockdown money off email
But when I bought the money didn’t come off at the end but I emailed them and got a reply right away giving me £5 credit and I’ve just checked weeks later the £5 credit is still there. Never had a problem paying with a card and they always only take what they are supposed too. I fully recommend them.

Ordered product on 19/11/2020, no confirmation received after payment made. Chased this up which took nearly a week to get a reply. Megatan.ws stated item had been sent/received. I have been chasing the order ever since, to which a full refund was offered on the 07/12/2020. Yet to receive my refund but had an email from Constantine on the 14th asking if I have had it. Replied to confirm no, and emailed my full dissatisfaction. Still no reply. I have not revived my item, struggle to get a reply back within 5-7 days, and still waiting for my refund which supposedly was to be sent via bank transfer. Would not use again!
