The product is great!!

I received an item that was missing a piece and customer service addressed it well.

I’m really happy with my new red light therapy face mask so far. It’s comfortable to wear, easy to use, and feels like a relaxing addition to my skincare routine. I love that it offers multiple light color options, which makes it feel customizable and allows me to switch things up depending on what my skin needs.

I’m especially excited to continue using it and see the long-term benefits. It’s been a great self-care investment, and I’m truly looking forward to the results as I stay consistent with it.

After only a week of near daily use, I am shocked to say that I can see a difference in the texture and tone of my face and neck. I have been bothered by itching and a rash on both sides of my neck extending to my chest(likely due to menopausal hormone shift) for an extended period of time and it has been entirely resolved!

I have bad knees & I used the knee one & it does help! I just started using it so hasn’t been long! I also have a smaller one for whatever! My calf was hurting put that on & it helped with my calf! Company explains a lot about the product & how to use it!

I love my Megelin.. It is a good workout machine or boxing box.. It was soo easy to install and I love that it comes with music and we can play our own music with Bluetooth.. I even bought one for my son to try out and he loves it also..

Trying to get a refund is tedious. I have emailed numerous times for the return address, only to be met with obstacles such as them, taking a percentage off the product and me keeping it! It is a big waste of time! It would be nice if they would simply provide the information so I could quickly return it!

I was very satisfied with the purchasing process on the Magelin website. The site was easy to navigate, the product information was clear, and checkout was smooth and straightforward.

I found the red light mat’s design both interesting and appealing. The style feels modern and well thought out, and it looks like a high-quality wellness product, it’s somewhat bulky, and I wish it had straps for easy storage. I also wish there was more information on how to use the mat. I was confused with the red light and Near infrared. I thought it was two different settings.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. From ordering to receiving the product, everything felt seamless. The mat arrived well packaged and matched the description perfectly. I’m excited to continue using it and would recommend Magelin to anyone interested in red light therapy.

Spent a ton of time researching red light therapy masks before buying one. There are sooo many options out there and I really didn’t want to drop a small fortune on one. This one kept coming up with consistently great reviews, including some from dermatologists, aestheticians, and skincare professionals. Decided to go for it and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been using it every day, it’s easy to fit into my routine, and it doesn’t feel bulky or uncomfortable. Love that the mask is flexible to fit over your face (I had a hard one before and it was super heavy, constantly kept falling off). After just a few days, I feel like I notice a subtle difference in my skin already. Definitely worth it if you want effective red light therapy without overspending.

Very poor experience.
Although the order was placed with home delivery, there was no delivery attempt at my address. The parcel was sent directly to a nearby collection point, which is not the service advertised or paid for.
In addition, an incorrect power adapter was sent, which is not compatible with Portugal.
The product arrived with manufacturing defects:
- the display has a visible scratch, even though it was protected
- the base of the dome has a clear defect, revealing low-quality plastic
After seeing these issues, I felt unsafe to even try the product, given the apparent lack of quality.
I also discovered that in case of return, the company keeps 20% of the purchase value, which is completely unacceptable, especially when the product arrives defective.
Poor service, questionable product quality and an unfair return policy. I do not recommend.

I bought the brief laser red LEDs really like it a lot reducing enlarged prostate works very well use it for about 5 days very happy with the product thanks brian.

Just received my Red Light Therapy Belt. Beautifully packaged with clear instructions.

We have used the bag for almost two weeks. While in it, it’s super zen and I often fall asleep. We have both noticed that our aches and pains have already diminished. I used to need a patch to sleep and it would throb when I woke up. Now I’m not using the patch and I barely feel pain when I get up. Amazing. Can’t wait to see the cosmetic benefits.

Everytime I’ve had a problem which is now twice they actually take the time to help me get it fixed and send out replacement parts asap! Great customer service! Wish more companies were as easy to work with as them!

i ordered a red light blanket 11/26/2025, by january several rows of lights went out. They sent out another blanket. A month later with the replacement blanket several rows of lights went out again. They sent a 3rd blanket and now 9 months after receiving it the entire 2/3 of the lower blanket went out. Customer service doesnt care. Wont do anything because it is 1 1/2 weeks out of warranty. I paid 1500 for a blanket that worked for less than a year and now im out the money and they dont care but will sell me another blanket for 1400 for my trouble. The product works well when it is working but it should work for at least 3 years before having to replace. BEWARE! dont buy it unless you want to be disappointed.
