Pierce Melbourne is a scam company.The garment is rubbish sent from china.Not like the photo they show.What’s a robbery in day light.we got their trap.

The garments are absolutely atrocious. I got 2 dresses to start with, they didn’t fit and looked nothing like the website, terrible material. I contacted them to return, they said don’t bother returning and they gave me a voucher for the cost. I thought wow, that’s good service. Used the voucher to get 2 more dresses, plus added another $20 to make up the difference. Received both dresses. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what to do with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - CITRINE & CIPHER

Absolute garbage. Poorly made, and defective garment was sent. Stitching puckered at the front. Will not give refund just 15% off my next purchase…as if I would ever purchase their rubbish again. Company is a scap. If I could do a half star I would. Money gone .they use misleading advertising of other garments in different fabrics for their scam.

This company is an absolute scam. They appear to be based in Melbourne which is completely untrue. I ordered a dress 3 months ago, it arrived and was no match at all to the one advertised. Numerous emails sent re return for refund. The dress was returned over two months ago and no response from them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, VERY DODGY, MONEY GRABBING, SCAM.

Disgusting, the picture of the dress is nothing like what they sent. Cant even return because they dont reply and no contact information. DONT ORDER

These are clearly made from cheaper material as they don’t state the type of material on the website nor is there a material label on the shirts but thought we’d take a chance as the patterns are cool and they’re very reasonably priced. I emailed them on sizing to which they responded promptly, in a very friendly manner, and accurately.
My partner absolutely loves them. We have a suspicion they’ll be warm to wear in hotter weather but we haven’t tested them yet as the weather has been mild. He’s walked around the streets in them and he looks super cool and feels comfortable.

Postage was a little slow - it took about a month, but the products came in great condition wrapped and undamaged.

If you aren’t expecting cotton or high end material, you’ll be happy enough with the men’s shirts. The NASA hat is awesome - I want one too.

Items delivered straight from Beijing didn't go anywhere near Melbourne!
Ordered from this site thinking I was buying Australian and supporting small businesses.
Dresses nothing like was shown on website, the material is so thin it's transparent. The garment could not possibly be worn in public.
I have requested a return and refund, they offer 15% discount and keep the dresses, they don't want them either!
I am lodging a complaint with the Department of consumer and business services.

This brand is not legit so beware. They say they are from Melbourne but they're a random overseas company pretending to be a local brand!

Clothing is also nothing like the pics, cheap looking and poorly made. It took ages to get to me.

Their customer service is also odd , phonelines don't work and they also don't answer questions about returns.

The dress I bought is nothing like the picture, false advertising! And when I emailed the address on the website to get a refund and send the dress back, no one ever got back to me. Such bad service and quality, I totally fell for this scam website.

The item they advertise are nothing like the products. They tell you that you cant get a refund with anything that is discounted, all the products are discounted. Don't order from Melbourne Editions

Dress took a very long time to come, quality was thin and cheap. To return it, its at your owm cost and pretty much the same cost as the dress itself.

Fake company. I went to the address on their website, where they advertise their shop opening hours. It's just an apartment and no one there. Do not buy from this rubbish site

I would also like to add that the comment section has been turned off on IG and Tik Tok for a reason. No one can write how bad the service, quality and rerun and sizing policies are like. Please be warned. I lost money and I don’t want others to experience the same. The quality’s is beyond bad as well.

Do not buy from this website! They advertise in TikTok, and Instagram. I taught because prices were in $50-60 range that the clothing will be good quality and decent ! Buy OMG, quality of the material is a disaster, doesn’t not look anything like the model in the picture, colors are off, size is off. They are scammers, and their customers service is so deceiving and unprofessional. Do not buy!!! I am going to report the charge to my cc company because after I emailed them to return the product they have went MIA after repaying to me once! Never replied to my follow up emails

Very poor quality, nothing like the picture, cheap knock offs, way too big and contacted them to say they were too big, but they said this is the smallest size - they wont refund as policy states no refund on sale items. Really disappointed in this store - very bad service, very disappointing product.

“Jeans” were cheap fabric with NO BUTTON HOLE and “blazor” is the thinnest piece of trash like a bed sheet. No way to return items, no contact on socials, and it’s one giant scam. Items arrived from China- not sure why they’re allowed to use Melbourne in their name.

This is not a Melbourne based company even though all contact details alluded to that…. It is cheap china rubbish and they offer basically nothing for deceiving customers… honestly so sick of scam companies

Complete scam. What arrives is completely different to the picture. Do not order from this site.
