Ordered some shoes over 3 weeks ago and still do not have a tracking number
Nor the shoes.

I will be reporting them for credit card fraud & suggest you all do the same.

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a dress through this Company and it was nothing like the website photo. The sizing was terrible and the material very cheap and poorly made. I wish I had read the reviews about this underhanded company. They should not call themselves "Melbourne's Finest" rather "China scam". You would be wise to stay away from purchasing anything from this Company

Taken over two months to get a replacement item, still waiting.
Make out their in Melbourne, then offer $16 refund for a $120 purchase and postage at your own cost , so had no choice but to reorder another item at same cost.
First replacement out of stock only found out after endless emails for a month, so last week reorder for second time , let's see if this one arrives .

Paid for the item 1 week ago and am still waiting for this. Apparently I will not be receiving it until 21/11. Very poor service

Don’t buy from this company it’s not Australian everything is made in China sizes are too small they offer free delivery but if you need to return anything it costs a fortune to send back to China & they only give 15% of your total purchase price as a refund when they advertise a FULL refund they are a scammers giving false information on their website Don’t buy from them you will regret it like I do what a waste of money

Item was not like photo returned it paid postage its been in China for over a month they say it hasnt been returned going to bank to put in dispute i paid for item returned now nothing never again

Just make sure you are aware this is not an Australian based company despite what the site claims. The items are not being shipped from their apparent warehouse in Australia either as i received 2 different overseas carrying companies notifications prior to Australia Post. I purchased a dress for an important occasion and it will not be here for it so now have to go buy another dress if i can find one. I ordered it 3 weeks in advance believing that was plenty of time.

I thought something was fishy with this company. Thanks to all the reviews for confirming my suspicions

"Melbourne's Finest"😂 I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing some shoes which looked great on the site. They arrived this evening (from China) and are nothing short of plastic rubbish. No labelling on the shoes, the sizing is way out ( I ordered a size 10 and it would be pushing to fit a size 7!). Extremely poor quality and misleading information. The site sounds like they are in Australia and have beautiful leather shoes. Nothing could be further from the truth. Avoid at all costs!

This company pretends to be Australia based. Goods come from China ( fine) but sizing is totally wrong. Their returns policy is a fraud. I had to return to China at significant cost. The parcel was eventually returned to me as address not found. So therefore I was not entitled to a refund. I wonder if Consumer Affairs can deal with this fraudulent companies.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they are not located in Melbourne they are located in China, sizing is all wrong, ordered my size shoe and it is aleast 2 sizes too small. There is no sizing on the shoe, they were all bent out of shape and crushed in their packaging. To return you have to send to China costing $35 - $50. There is no invoice so you have no idea if they have sent the correct item or not, the quality of the shoe is poor.

No customer service, took 2 weeks to arrive as it is coming from overseas NOT Melbourne, the quality is terrible, both tops didn't even have tags on them.

Don’t buy from this website. They don’t have shop , address you can return your purchase or even telephone number.
Quality of the product is disappointing and they are expensive.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

When I received my coat it was the wrong colour, I didn’t return it as I purchased it for a holiday it didn’t have time. On the third day the zipper broke. When I returned I contacted them and was advised in an email addressed to “Diane” that as it was outside the 14 day window they wouldn’t give a refund.
I wasn’t asking because I’d changed my mind, the garment was faulty.

Melbourne Chic - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Nice little welcome email from "One of the Owners - Olivia Thompson".When my order finally arrived (from Hong Kong), the quality was so poor. Cheap fabric, poor fitting and then to be told I could not return them because the items were on sale.$79.95 each (not exactly cheap) I wouldn't even give them to charity the quality is that bad. Never, ever again.

Doesn’t even rate one star - extremely poor quality - a standard you would expect from Temu but at 10 more times the cost. Poor delivery times, false advertising that the store is closing down so prices have been dropped, extremely disappointing!

Don’t I buy anything from this supplier. Cheap and nasty, poor fabric poor construction. Not worth $10 you could get better quality from Kmart. There price are ridiculous at $179 for jumpsuit item then state a sale price $89. Save your money it’s a scam.

I believe this company began operating under the name Zico Melbourne although the website no longer exists.
I purchased a $60 linen shirt and what arrived was polyester. The company can no longer be found online. The purchase confirmation by email is very standard and genuine looking.
