I purchased 2 cashmere T shirts from Melbourne Meadow
They were delivered with no problems
The product was clearly a job lot shipped direct from China
There was no tags on the products and the quality was very poor
2 identical items ordered but were different sizes.
Basically the product is low quality rubbish sent direct from China

They claim to be a Melbourne based company, but the garment was shipped from China. The wrong size was sent - their error, and they refused to give me a refund, only credit or exchange.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolute scam. Drop shipped from outside Australia. Cheap knockoff of how the image looked. Avoid

BIG SCAM, my xl women's top is about 10 child and rubbish, these goods would be $5 on Temu.

Poor poor quality material and stitching

Both outfits were too short in the body and I am only 5’3. I bought them because everywhere says they are Melbourne company but they are in China and the return postage is almost as much as I paid for the items. ABSOLUTE SCAM

Jeans are very poor quality, piling on jeans, thin material, button feels like it’s going to fall off and I’m a small and the length is for someone that’s 6’2 so would have to get them taken up. Overall they are crap and wouldn’t buy again.

Going straight to the bin. Quality is horrific! Don't waste your money!

Looks nothing like what is advertised. Not from Melbourne...from China.
Have tried to send back for a refund. They have said I can send and pay postage back to China. And they will give me a 5%refund.
I would recommend not buying from this company, its an absolute scam.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - massive scammers. I would give zero stars if I could. Their website indicates you can return for a refund - which is why I spent $60 on a pair of jeans I hadn’t tried on. They arrived and I couldn’t even get them on, and I’m a standard size ten. They were also way too long - ridiculously. So I started the returns process only to be told they will give me 15% back and I can keep them, and they have been ignoring me since.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! not even worth one star! Will trade as Refined Melbourne Clothing. Absolutely crap rubbish from China. Not as advertised. Don't bother to send back to China as they ask you to. It will not get there and will only cost you more. I've been duped by this process. Worse still the horrid blouse came back to me which took months. It is a total rip off. Original order in November the thing came back today. Co started them to no avail. You will NOT get a refund!

Doggy EIROY-MELBOURNE clothing comes straight from Asia and charges u to exchange a size. Makes a cheap item dearer with the added poor quality. Dress ripped the second time I wore it.

Can’t believe the poor quality of the three quarter pants I ordered. The white material is so thin you can see straight through it. The design is so bad that it looks like you’ve ordered a pair of Bombay bloomers. Even an op shop wouldn’t stock these. What a scam. Don’t buy anything. They are not based in Melbourne but …….. China.

Pity there isn't a minus. Delivery time is a joke if you get your goods at all. This company using Melbourne name as bait and I got hooked .

They offer you a small price as a refund because it will be expensive to return, they have no intention of refunding

I ordered shoes from them before reading the reviews to find out they are not based in Melbourne but in china , I sent them a email saying I was not happy and requested a refund , the money was back in my account in 4 days so can’t complain about there customer service it’s just they need to let people know that they are based in china .
