Excellent service. Delivery was swift & my items were very well packaged so all have arrived in perfect condition. Good to know if you were ordering items to give as gifts. Delighted to find the specialist German biscuits I can’t find stocked locally to me

The canoli tubes were received in good time, and most were intact.
My only concern was that of the packerging, which consisted of lots of polystyrene in an extra large outer box.
The biscuits were at the bottom of the outer box and the poly: on top of them.?
I would have preferred that the biscuits were in the centre and surrounded by a more ethical form of packaging.

The order came on time. It was well packed and items were all safely delivered.

Usual easy website to navigate and order. Although I had an email from Yodel to say when delivery would be, I never actually got an email from Melbury and Appleton to confirm my order this time. It did however arrive on time.

I ordered a hamper basket, what arrived was a corrugated plastic box packaged in lots of single use polystyrene pellets. The food I ordered has all been individually wrapped in bubble wrap (which I understand as they're mostly jars) The basket and contents have then been sealed with tape and a knotted ribbon in cellophane. I will need to be cut the ribbon in order to display the items in the hamper. A great number of items I wished to add to the hamper were out of stock. All in all very disappointed. If each of the jars are wrapped in bubble wrap nestleted into a shredded paper hamper, why the need for all the polystyrene pellets? I won't be shopping here again

A lot of product for a modest cost - my wife is worried she will struggle to eat them all herself given I have a nut allergy.

Bought as a present for my husband who loves pistachio nougat. He says it is still very nice but not quite as nice as before and not as green as in the pic which most likely explains the difference in taste.
