Once I made the order a little difficult to find out when it would be delivered and info about it but otherwise great.

Order arrived amazingly quickly, carefully packed and all in good condition. Haven't tried any of the items yet as they are for Christmas!

It was easy to find and purchase what I wanted, and I was more than happy with the products on offer, which I couldn't find anywhere else because they were unusual, and so it made me want to return to the site in future. Delivery was within a few days, and the updates via email were really helpful, too.

The website was o order on and the delivery was speedy. The produce was fresh and in excellent condition.

12 days after placing the order, my parcel had not been delivered. Yodel told Melbury & Appleton that delivery was refused, which is untrue. I now have to wait until the parcel is returned to them (they think another 2 weeks) before they will look at a refund. A further email from me has been ignored. Poor customer service, I won’t shop there again.

Arrived in great condition, safe packaging due to the glass but all made it through safely, only thing id say is negative is i ordered on a friday for 48 hours tracked delievery but didnt get it until a full week had passed and that had me worrying something has happend but i'm very please with what i got and i will be back to order more.
