Definitely something wrong here. so sorry I did not read the reviews first. Placed my order early December and now just deafening silence from there side. No online chat...No response to email inquiries. UGH so disappointed Put me right off ordering online.

Order 3405. How the heck did they get excellent reviews? They must have paid people to write some fake reviews just to save face. Completely SHOCKING SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. Order never arrived. Sent countless emails. They do not answer their telephone. Order placed 5 Dec. No tracking number received. I am fearing the worst..That this is a scam and I could not gift my wife with the item that I really know she would want. These people are probably scamsters. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I placed and paid for an order 16 working days ago and have not yet received a tracking number. Needless to say my order has not arrived within the promised 15 working day delivery time. I have sent 5 emails and attempted 2 online chats, with zero response. Dialing the supplied telephone number results in a couple of rings, followed by a busy signal. Terrible service. They were quick to accept my order and money and supply an invoice and then nothing. No service, no product. Only disappointment. Horrified.

I am absolutely gobsmacked that i hadn't read these reviews earlier. These people are playing games. I ordered my product almost a month Ago i havnt received it nor got a response hearing back from them. There phone number never goes on and their live chat system is also fake. I hope to god anyone that reads this pls don’t waste your time
Clueless on how to conduct business
Placed an order with them got part order delivered but the bulk of the order they notified me was out of stock and they would refund me this took about 5 weeks and then they refunded me for the goods I received which was R720.00 less than what they owe me. They hardly respond to my emails and the few that have makes no sense prior to receiving the refund but ever since notifying them of the short fall on refund not a single response. Phone support is non existent on voicemail.
WORST company to do business with
Very bad with communicating on email, promised to deliver but no delivery after 2 months of fighting. Requesting for refund that took forever after numerous follow ups and threats to get my money back. Please do not order from this company they are scammsters and fraudsters. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

7-10 working days pure BS... ORDER MLSA#2809 placed on 27/10/2019, IT IS NOW 27/11/2019 and still not delivered... A FULL MONTH LATER!!! This type of service is a true reflection of which direction this entire country is going in... The replies you get via email is pathetic and filled with spelling errors which is quite comical to be honest. I foresee this company being non-existent in the near future sadly.

Sounds like you are trying to con people to buy stuff and then steal their money without giving back the refunds.
If my Order is not Delivered by Friday. I want my money back straight away as I paid it immediately........no 72 Hour refund policy **** with me.......

Melhor is the worst shopping, spare yourself a lot of frustration and money
Melhor is the worst online shopping experience ever. After payment and following up on delivery, it turned out they do not have stock and can only supply maybe in 1 month's time. I had to phone to find this out. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund.
Speaking to the customer service manager, even worst, they tell you what they think you want to hear and then that's the end of it, full of excuses.

Melhor is the worst shopping experience ever. They made a system error on the prize of an item that I ordered and paid for and now they wont deliver. They say that they are out of stock. If you want to be in the sales game you need to HONOUR your sale no matter what error you have made. Delivery is also way past the 10 days.Please people do not be caught by this website.
