poor delivery time feedback

Package arrived as ordered however the feedback regarding delivery times left much to be desired. If you are used to Takealot you may be frustrated with the process at Melhor. Company does have potential though.

Horrible service saya 7 to 10 day…

Horrible service saya 7 to 10 day delivery.
Ive ordered on the 10 if October its the 28th and still nothing.

I got hold of them once and they could not tell me whats going on. Only delivery should be next week.

If you phone them it goes to voicemail.

Worst online shopping experience i have ever had. I will never use them again

Very service except for a lack of…

Very service except for a lack of initial contact and a long wait for purchases to arrive even though they were listed ‘in stock’. I am used to two to rate day delivery and tracking at all stages. I only heard where my product was just before delivery

Crappy service with s**t sprinkles on top

MLSA#2053 Did receive my goods, however they were not what was advertised, poorly made and not fit for purpose. Upon attempting to make contact with Melhor by phone (0678685361) and email, to request either a replacement of the non functioning part or for a return and refund, I have been greeted with a wall of silence and no response what so ever. Such a pity we cant give 0 star reviews.

"Best online shopping experience" NOT.
STAY AWAY.

I ordered an item on 04 Oct 2019. The website indicated delivery within 7-10 working days. After following up on the progress, an email response indicated a tracking number will be supplied within 7-10 working days. Following up on the progress on 18 Oct 2019, with great difficulty as no one answers the phone - **********, I was informed that delivery will take place the next week. I suggested collection at their offices only to be advised that they are only administrators. What poor, poor service. This site is NOT RECOMMENDED!
