im very very dissappoited in this melhor company. poor services and empty promises. i ordered an item and it took forever for deliver even now im still waiting. they promised to deliver at my home but it never happened,i suggested to to go collect the item they told me NO PICK UPs allowed. they don't even care to give updates . i will never buy from this people again. i just hope i receive my item.

Happy to see that they offer products that other companies don't. However, at first, the communication was poor and I felt like I wasted my money, however, I managed to contact them and they came back to me with information as to when I will be receiving my shopped items. No available customer service 😡
Have been trying to order something that comes in 3 colours and there is no option to select colour and no place for notes available to request the colour. Both their helpline numbers are either not answered or the mailbox is full? They have not responded to both my e-mails..... pretty bad service and must be losing a lot of business as they have no available customer service. Seem very unprofessional!!

Worst online store ever
Best online shopping experience my backside... More like the WORST online shopping experience ever.
I placed an order on 14 August. Got no feedback other than the order was paid for. Emailed on the 20th to inquire when it will be delivered. Got a reply via email that parcel WILL be delivered on 28 August. 30th August I sent a mail to inform that there was no delivery. No Response. Phoned 2 Sept and was promised that I would be contacted. No Contact. Phoned 3 Sept, same promise. No Contact. Today I had enough and fought with the receptionist to get me someone to talk to. Was called within 5 minutes, only for this person to tell me that my parcel will be picked up today. This is unacceptable. This was bought as a birthday gift for 5 Sept. It was bought well in advance (within the shipping time stated on your website).
I don't want a refund! I WANT MY PARCEL DELIVERED TODAY!!!

I was initially sceptical about what Melhor were offering, and i felt it may have been a risk. I have to admit in retrospect that I was wrong, and I am happy that I took the risk in ordering from them.

I ordered items. Never heard anything back after 1 week I enquired about my order and they claimed to not have the stock. This was disappointing to me as when I made the purchase there was still stock avaliable. I am frustrated that it took them this long to tell me and what if I didnt enquire...
