waiting for delivery??
I cannot get through to anyone to query when my item will be arriving. The 2 emails I have received stated totally different arrival days. The initial order email said delivery would be between 7 to 10 working days. This is the 12th day and I am wondering if I will ever receive my item.

I phoned them to confirm that they had stock, the guy that helped me spoke excellent english and I could clearly hear and understand what he told me. I placed my order and they kept me up to date all the time, I always knew where my parcel was and received my parcel after just 7 days. Would recommend them to anyone.

We ordered two Kubb outdoor games. The order was easy to do online but we didn't get any confirmation emails.Luckily I had made a note of the order number.We phoned several times to check on the order and were treated in a friendly manner.Once the order was dispatched we received daily updates from the courier and a tracking number. Our parcel arrived in good condition and we are very happy with our purchase.

I've ordered a pregnancy evening dress and it is absolutely gorgeous. I did however wait longer than expected for the delivery, but received a personal phone call to ensure I get the dress in time for my function.
