Incomplete programs

Incomplete programs with "sample" meal plan and incomplete instructions, even when you pay more for what claims to be full details. I even added to the purchase by buying "Calendar Secrets", which isn't any sort of calendar or concise plan. One section suggests I make up my own menu- I don't have the time or training to figure out the food values, and the recipes are extravagant and extra- the 30 Day Shred is not for instead of grown people trying to vanquish multiple personal shortcomings... I really WANTED to believe but it's mostly partial info with pay-to-receive every little required piece of information. Waste of money. Waste of TRUST. Waste of TIME. I'm not alone, I'm the only person that got sick of the runaround. I learned from this expensive lesson: Any time a "program" reiterates "NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON" after *one day* of having an item (which I did not even receive my log-in info for a few days AND I HAD TO WRITE to the address provided below to even GET it), is a red flag within critical thinking, but I trusted this woman and what she is peddling. This post is here, for people who want truth.

This Program is LIFE-CHANGING FOR…

This Program is LIFE-CHANGING FOR Beautiful Middle aged Women!!!

Melissa Neil has created a remarkable program based on her own personal journey. It’s for women struggling with weight gain during both perimenopausal and menopausal years. The program is intricately detailed and designed to guide you step by step, offering informative videos, coaching, a variety of meal options and recipes, and accessible exercises for anyone to follow! Another amazing resource is that Melissa brings the participants together as a community, providing each other encouragement, insight, and also interaction through weekly challenges! I absolutely transformed through this program. I’ve always been active but things took a downturn during menopause. I gained over 35 pounds within a matter of a few months from the change. I decided to pivot and do something about it! I joined this program and watched my body slowly but surely transform!! I lost over 15 pounds and was able to fit back into my wardrobe comfortably. More importantly, I experienced fat loss and muscle gain, which is very important for women in my stage of life. Lastly, Melissa even is concerned about my health after the challenge, providing resources for further body development or maintaining. I thank Melissa and her staff for providing exceptional support through this program!!!

You can do this for 8 weeks - DO IT

Melissa's program is very prescriptive in that she has made all of the hard choices for you. Whether you work out from the gym or the living room - the program covers both. Not sure what to eat or when? The meal plan/ meal prep is already crafted with the ideal combination of foods and macros to sustain you through the challenge. The only decision you have to make is to DO IT. The community is great; Melissa's support staff is phenomenal. I just wrapped up the June challenge, and achieved unbelievable results. The program is worth every penny. Seriously - DO IT.

8 week body transformation challenge

This program has worked wonders for me. I’ve lost weight and inches, gained strength and confidence. Melissa guides you through the meal plans, the workouts and how to get into the right mindset.
Her team is always there to provide assistance with any questions you might have along the way. There’s also a very supportive community group to join. I’ve felt really secure in that this would actually be achievable and it 100% is!

Easy to follow and great support

Melissa Neil's Body By Bikini 8 week challenge has been an amazing transformation. Both one to one coaching calls and the weekly coaching calls has been a great source of support especially after reaching menopause and struggling for years to stop the waistline from increasing. Finally found a programme that reversed menopausal weight increase, with an easy follow along system via app and a coach to talk to. Being in a programme where someone actually understands your situation has made a huge difference. Best decision I have made and I am so very happy with the results.

Melissa Neill's Strong Woman's Club is FANTASTIC!

Melissa Neill's program, Strong Woman's Club for women over 40, who want to get in fantastic shape, has been very successful for me and well worth the time and money. The program uses the app Body by Bikini to assist you with all your instructions, questions and support. Not only that but you receive personal attention to your individual needs. You can reach them at any time via email, phone or text and they are very quick to respond. I especially enjoy the Monday Zoom classes which discuss cutting edge technology in the health industry. Personally I spent a lot of time investigating other programs and found this one to be the most suited to my needs being a woman over 40 who wanted to get rid of belly fat and improve my life.

LIFE CHANGING 8 WEEK PROGRAM FOR WOMEN OVER 40

This has been the most life transformative 2 months of my life! From gaining 50 lbs through menopause, buying a size 16 bathing suit in January for this summer, to starting Melissa's 8 week transformation in March, I'm now wearing a bikini! My body is strong again, leaner and healthy. My autoimmune disease is in full remission! I have learned food prep, the balance of macros, how important mindset is, strength training and to have exercise become my lifestyle! This has been a miracle for me, being 52 and having an 11 year old son and a husband 9 years younger! I didn't want to be left behind while they are out adventuring!! Now I am leading them in adventures!! My husband has been inspired and is working out and the best thing of all is for my son to see me persevere and overcome through something I've never done before, and to see such AMAZING results! Practical advice tailored to every body!

I’ve tried the free 7 day guide and really liked the detailed explanations of each exercise that you could check, like a thumbnail, before doing the routines. I also liked how flexible it was to modify to your own needs. Melissa gives very clear instructions and is very ‘normal’ and down to earth. Unlike some others there is plenty of substance with fewer words! I feel like she really wants me to succeed.

Bodybybikini menopause program

This program is easy to access and has so many different options. They encourage you to partner up for more accountability and have many added programs to keep you motivated, educated, and on track. No judgment just plenty of encouraging words and videos. Great information for those of us who have been in menopause and our old ways no longer are working!!

Transformational For Women Over 40

After years of going to the gym and trying several other fitness programs, I came across Melissa Neill. Nothing makes me feel as good or yields the results this program does! I have been hooked ever since joining the Stron Woman Club.

The workouts are straightforward and easy to follow on the app. They’re challenging in all the right ways, while being effective.

One of the best parts of the program is the community that comes with it. Between the fellow supportive members, the amazing coaches, and the accountability, you feel as though you are part of something larger which has boosted my motivation tremendously.

The thyroid workshop Melissa hosted was a major breakthrough for me. I never once thought about my thyroid levels being off until her workshop, and now I feel amazing in every way thanks to her guidance.

Over 40 women like me have the benefit of relying on Melissa’s inspiring figure. Her programs are tailored to our needs and if you, like me, were struggling to find something that feels right for the body, I assure you this is it. I cannot recommend it enough.

If you are a woman over 40

If you are a woman over 40, gaining weight despite all your efforts to eat healthy and exercise, try this program. It works. I started the program over a year ago and it is a game-changer. I started with her free 7 day plan, and could tell that it was effective. It's a realistic plan that works with my schedule, and plenty of support and coaching.

This really works for women over 40!!!!! And it’s not difficult to follow!

I started with Melissa’s free 7 day workout and meal plan about 5 weeks ago. Along with reading her book, I started following the workouts, eating what she said to eat, watching macros abd making sure I got enough protein. The workouts are very easy to follow. If you have dumbbells you can even do them at home. I do High Intensity Intervals on an elliptical 3 times a week plus weights 4-5 times. After 5 weeks, I’ve noticed increased energy, my shirts are fitting better around my arms and waist, my pants feel more comfortable, and I have lost 7.6 pounds! I tend to carry weight around my upper legs and knees and the fat is disappearing around my knees finally! At 45 years old, I felt like I’d be stuck in my 230 pound body forever, with lots of knee problems. I now look forward to going to the gym and I never feel hungry or like I’m starving myself because with her plan you get enough to eat. There’s no fad crash diet, this is a lifestyle! I’m planning to join the string women’s club now that my strength and energy is improving and I feel more confident and capable of doing more snd more! If you doubt yourself and want motivation, read her book! Watch her YouTube videos. You will find it!
