I bought this to replace an old and more basic machine. I liked the idea of the thermal jug as opposed to a hot plate. The ordering and delivery process was very easy and efficient. The machine in great quality and works perfectly, easy to set up, use, clean and makes great coffee. A quality product worth the money.

This was a replacement for our current Melitta coffee machine… which we have used for the past +5 years at least twice a day.. it has been a brilliant machine.. but was well used and so a new one was purchased.. New one is lovely and has a new style shape… Very stylish and very happy with it! Thank you!!
A good machine, however, it arrived with a dent in front of the water container. The packaging is undamaged and it was perfectly well wrapped. Can only think that it went into its box with the damage. A discount would be welcomed. Regards Mette Hinton
I bought this coffee machine to replace one which was virtually identical, but which had ceased to work. This one does the same as the old one, and I am very happy with it, although I do not like the lift off lid to the tank where there used to be a hinged lid, and the markings in the water tank are more difficult to read. But otherwise, very happy with it.
Bought direct from Melitta as the one I originally bought from Amazon arrived broken! All good though, bought to replace our aged Melitta Elegance (timer model).
Great machine in that it keeps the coffee warm for a long duration due to the thermal jug, and is easy to operate. However, the machine itself feels plastically cheap. They should lower the price point.
Best coffee machines that last and make fantastic coffee
This machine does a great job of brewing good coffee and keeping it hot. It takes over four hours for the thermos jug to lose enough heat for the coffee to be at the point that you might think about a fresh pot. That's way better than the hotplate coffee makers you can buy for half the price. The coffee maker is easy to clean, easy to fill and easy to use. Nine large cups on the water tank scale equates to about four good sized mugs of coffee. The timer is simple and straightforward to use though I don't use it much. Set your water hardness level before use and away you go. For under a hundred quid it's good value for money.
Excellent, looks well made, works well and makes coffee fast. Delivery was quick, too. I only wish that I had known that there was a white version before I ordered, but a minor point.
Good product quality, filter process seems to take some of the coffee's strength, compared with same quantities through french press.
Only had for a few days but looking good, so far.
We got this on sale price and it's our second Melitta and a great upgrade. Easy to use and clean and the removable water tank makes it a lot easier to use !

It's a great coffee maker. Turns off when coffee is ready keeps coffee hot for hours.
Have used this coffee maker nearly a week now and I found this a good machine. It's a bit slower than my other machine, but an easy maker to use and the coffee is excellent with the adjustable aroma settings.
Very pleased so far. Good quality machine, nice looking, quick to brew and quiet. Insulated stainless steel jug keeps the coffee beautifully warm.
Had the older model, but this recent model makes an even better cup of coffee.
