Will definitely order again :-)

I ordered items from the Melitta coffee sale, including filter coffee powder, filters and a set of two coffee glasses. The ordering process was easy. I quickly received an order confirmation and the goods. Everything was in good condition. I had not to reach out to the customer service, as everything went smoothly!

Second time I've ordered

Second time I've ordered, it's very easy to choose and order, I got free p&p this time due to my spend,I also had a code so got my coffee beans a bit cheaper which hey we all love to save...DPD are ok on delivery the only problem being they give you a rough delivery time on the day of delivery which doesn't help..I will say that this time the coffee wrapper was different to what I had ordered, it was no longer called Classic but it had a sticker saying new edition, I realised it was the same as I had ordered but a little note in the package would have helped...I will definitely order again though.

Very good flavour

This was the first time I had bought Melitta beans (previously Melitta ground coffee).
The taste is excellent; I shall only buy beans in future, by post.

Happy with the Purista

Only had the purista a few days, but so far very happy with it. Instructions were clear and setup easy. Lots of useful features (easy clean pull-out cartridge, sensors, simple buttons) and coffee tastes good.

Melitta Bella Crema Speciale once you…

Melitta Bella Crema Speciale once you mill it and brew taste 👅 like you drink cigarettes… awful taste… bought it in the end of October 2025 so cannot return it. Cheapest coffee from Lidl / Aldi it’s way much better. Do not recommend at all!!!

Quick and efficient service

Quick and efficient service and the coffee maker is working well. It was bought to replace another Melitta which served us for almost 10 years and I hope this one will too. No information anywhere on where it was made, other than the description on the box it was designed in Germany. So I should hope, but should you not reveal country of manufacture?
