I was delighted to receive help from The Memorial Card staff in navigating my way towards choosing the contents of a memorial card for my son-in-law. I needed help particularly in selecting appropriate images and staff were extremely helpful. Once my order was placed, it was merely a matter of days before my order was delivered. The service was excellent.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. A very upsetting experience overall. I received the memorial cards after my mother passed away- I felt that for the money I paid (£160 for 100 cards), they looked very amateur and the printing quality overall was of a poor standard- the border around the photograph in addition was stripy and pixilated (this did not match the proofs). I was also dissatisfied since the colours in the proofs were very different to the printed version. The small envelopes provided for the cards were also an improper poor fit. When I complained about the quality of the cards and how I was unhappy with them, I was quoted the Ts and Cs and not all of my specific points (including the pixilated border and poor fitting envelope) were addressed. I felt that the customer service was extremely rude and very aggressive. The company failed to offer me a refund for my dissatisfaction and when I offered them the opportunity to fix the issues they also failed to reprint them for me. When this company saw I had left a one star review on trust pilot with as truthful as a review as possible, in their next reply they sent me an email accusing me of blackmail- and telling me that their senior management would be “looking into the review and any loss to our reputation and business through defamatory comments”. As a consumer who was simply complaining about the quality of a product received, and who wanted remediation- this aggression really shocked and upset me. Overall at a very delicate time this company and their customer service in my view were deeply unpleasant to work with.

Received my cards today within 2 days from despatch. From my initial selection, I have been really impressed with range of cards & texts available & at every point, got prompt, reliable responses from the designer. So pleased I used this company & am happy to recommend them.

The memorial cards I received were absolutely beautiful. My order was processed and a draft approved within a day or two and despatched very quickly. Service was prompt and efficient but it is the quality that is remarkable. A first rate product that is highly recommended.
