Amazing and great price

I called a few times whilst deciding on the wording for a memorial plaque and each time the staff were very helpful. I received a proof of the design before it was finalised. Delivery was earlier than quoted. A family friend saw the plaque on my dads grave and requested I order one for their late family member aswell. Thank you and keep up the good work.

It was exactly what we wanted the only reason I have given you 4 stars is your delivery company I received 3-4 text messages from them stating that the delivery was being delivered the day before and one that said it was cancelled altogether so this made me a bit apprehensive however I thought it would be Friday and as it turned out it was. But appart from that the product is beautiful and have a wee word with your delivery people. Thank you for a great product

What a pleasure to do business with.
As an older person I still have reservations about doing purchases online and went at first to our local stonemason who was very pleasant but his timeline was up to six months and the charges just kept rising with each letter.
I left the stonemason and decided to chance going with memorialsdirect who were giving a delivery in 4 working days.
Not only did it show a graphic of the writing on the stone as I typed it which was fantastic.
True to their word 6 days (4 working days) later it has arrived and it's outstanding, not good, not nice but outstanding.
If your thinking about going with this company don't worry you won't be sorry.

We have wanted to get a granite memorial vase for our Mum who we lost in 2010, it was only recently we realised you could get them online, so after some searching we came across Memorials Direct, we checked the reviews and they were all 5* and we can see why!
